My intention when making this series of photographs was to highlight the historical value that a book written thousands of years ago can have on current events. At the same time, it uses a magnificent natural space as an environmental background, which with its green tones of bamboo and grass transmits to us the peace that could or could not have been, the framework of inspiration for its creation in the times of Imperial China.

   Paradoxically, the book The Art of War, although it is based on military tactics and teaches strategies for the development of great battles, its main objective is the opposite of war. General Sun Tzu's idea was precisely to create a manual that would avoid fighting at all costs and will try to use dissuasion techniques against the enemy to preserve peace.
