Existen dos Parrandas por lo que llegaron a un acuerdo y se dividieron el recorrido, mis familiares se quedaron en el pueblo arriba y por ende la otra Parranda se quedó en el Casco central, por ello tienen varios años que no hacen la visita habitual nuestra casa, este año me animé a asistir al inicio de la Parranda que comienza con una Misa, por ser semana Radical no sacaron al Santo.

Fue algo muy mágico también tenemos el encuentro del San Juan con San Pedro, cuenta la leyenda que San Juan de quedó dormido después de su fiesta la cuál fue el 24 de Junio, al despertar escuchó la parranda y se levantó contento porque pensaba que aún era su fiesta, pero se da cuenta que no que era la fiesta de San Pedro esto le causa una gran tristeza y comienza a llorar, por eso es el motivo de que llueva el 29 de Junio.
