Pequeño, era un duende como otros, travieso y juguetón, como la mayoría de ellos visitaba casas y escondía los juguetes de los niños u otros artículos que le parecieran interesantes, para lograr este propósito debí
a estar durante las horas del día y en las que hay más actividad como un objeto inerte, por lo regular en forma de juguete o adorno y durante la noche o en las horas en las que no hubiera mucha actividad en casa, podía hacer de las suyas.

Lo que no sabía era lo que el destino le deparaba en aquella casa donde decidido quedarse este duende aquel octubre, en ella vivía una niña pequeña de aproximadamente 2 años de edad, su nombre era Cristina, vivía junto a su madre y abuela, esta pequeña como la mayoría de los niños pequeños solía dejar sus juguetes un poco desordenados tras jugar, así que de vez en cuando alguno desaparecía, así que cuando un juguete se extraviaba, Cristina le preguntaba a su madre por el objeto extraviado y su madre le respondía:

-Tu juguete se lo levo el duende.

Pequeño disfrutaba de ver a la pequeña Cristina y su familia buscando desesperadamente lo que él escondía, lo que Pequeño no sabía, era que si uno de los habitantes de la casa lo tomaba en sus manos cuando permanecía como objeto inanimado y lo sacaba de la casa, perdería sus poderes hasta que encontrara una bruja que lo librara del castigo.

Para su desgracia, un día la pequeña niña, ya cansada de no encontrar sus juguetes, tomo a Pequeño entre sus pequeñas manos y lo arrojo por la ventana, al caer al piso del jardín este duende no podía creer lo que estaba pasando, pues no se podía hacerse invisible, para ocultarse de los humanos y de los posibles animales que desearan cazarlo debido a su pequeño tamaño, había perdido todos sus poderes.

Así, pequeño busco la manera de contratar a algún duende que pudiera decirle donde podría encontrar una solución, así supo que debía buscar a una bruja para que lo ayudara con su gran problema, pues él quería volver a sus travesuras, también el duende le contó que en las cercanías del pueblo vivía una familia de mujeres a las que todos llamaban brujas.

Pequeño comenzó su viaje para llegar a esta casa y su recorrido estuvo lleno de peligro, pues las lechuzas, búhos, murciélagos y gatos, quisieron atraparlo para cenar, pero luego de cuidarse mucho, llego a esa casa, durante dos días observó a estas mujeres y efectivamente ellas eran brujas, unas buenas otras malvadas, allí Pequeño ser sorprendió al descubrir que podía vivir una vida diferente, que no necesariamente tenía que seguir haciendo travesuras, y una noche se coló en la habitación de una de las brujas buenas una joven de unos 12 años.

Esta jovencita lucia algo triste y se sorprendió mucho al ver este duende en su habitación, pero Pequeño le pidió que no gritara, así la jovencita de nombre Ágata, que estaba triste y le pidió que fueran amigos y le contó el motivo de su pena, resulto que las hermanas de esta bruja la fastidiaban por ser la única bruja buena de entre las jóvenes y para hacerla sufrir y sentir sola, le habían matado a su gatito Salem, así ante la soledad y la tristeza, Ágata sentía que sus poderes habían mermado.

Pequeño se conmovió al ver el dolor de esta joven por la pérdida de su amigo y quería saber que se sentía de verdad tener un amigo que te aprecie y respete, pasaron los días y el cada día quería más a Ágata y aunque con solo estar cerca de ella ya había recuperado sus poderes, deseaba seguir a su lado por mucho tiempo más, así que le pidió a Ágata para que pudieran estar siempre juntos que lo transformara en gato, así ella sería una bruja más fuerte con la compañía de un animal, y él tendría una amiga a quien apoyar y defender.

Así, Pequeño fue transformado en un hermoso gato de color gris, con poderes, pues no los perdió tras su transformación, era el compañero de Ágata y ambos disfrutaron su vida gozando de una verdadera amistad.

Little enjoyed watching little Cristina and her family desperately looking for what he was hiding, what Pequeño did not know was that if one of the inhabitants of the house took it in his hands when it remained as an inanimate object and took it out of the house, he would lose his powers until he found a witch who would free him from punishment.

To his misfortune, one day the little girl, tired of not finding his toys, took Pequeño in her small hands and threw him out of the window, when he fell to the floor of the garden this goblin could not believe what was happening, because he could not become invisible, to hide from humans and possible animals that wanted to hunt him because of his small size, he had lost all his powers.

So, Little looked for a way to hire a goblin who could tell him where he could find a solution, so he knew he had to look for a witch to help him with his big problem, because he wanted to return to his mischief, also the goblin told him that in the vicinity of the village lived a family of women who everyone called witches.

Little began his journey to get to this house and his journey was full of danger, because owls, owls, bats and cats wanted to catch him for dinner, but after taking care of himself, he arrived at the house, for two days he observed these women and indeed they were witches, some good, others evil, there Pequeño was surprised to discover that he could live a different life, he did not necessarily have to continue doing mischief, and one night he sneaked into the room of one of the good witches, a young girl of about 12 years old.

This young girl looked a little sad and was very surprised to see this goblin in her room, but Pequeño asked her not to scream, so the young girl named Agatha, who was sad and asked him to be friends and told him the reason for her sorrow, it turned out that the sisters of this witch teased her for being the only good witch among the young girls and to make her suffer and feel alone, they had killed her kitten Salem, so before the loneliness and sadness, Agatha felt that her powers had diminished.

Little one was moved to see the pain of this young girl for the loss of her friend and wanted to know what it really felt like to have a friend who appreciates and respects you, the days passed and every day he loved Agatha more and more and although with only being near her he had already recovered his powers, he wanted to stay by her side for much longer, so he asked Agatha to transform him into a cat, so she would be a stronger witch with the company of an animal, and he would have a friend to support and defend.

Thus, Little was transformed into a beautiful gray cat, with powers, because he did not lose them after his transformation, he was Agatha's companion and both enjoyed their life enjoying a true friendship.
