Hola Hola mis queridos amigos de Hive, hoy paso por acá para presentarles un rico y hermoso pastel decorado con solo con 2 colores.

Siempre nuestro primer paso es realizar el merengue italiano y para eso necesitamos los siguientes materiales.

# Materiales a utilizar. // Materials to be used. - Batidora. - Bol para mezclar. - Espátula. - Colorantes (negro). - Azúcar 400gr. - 3 Huevos. - Cucharas medidoras. - Esencia (una cucharada). - Manga repostera. - Cremor. - Chocolate. > - Blender. > - Mixing bowl. > - Spatula. > - Dyes. > - Sugar. > - 3 eggs. > - Measuring spoons. > - Essence. > - Chocolate.

En una olla agregamos los 400gr de azúcar, taza y media de agua y lo colocamos a fuego medio, separamos las claras de huevo y las amarillas (en este caso solo utilizaremos las claras) y las agregamos en un bol (claras).

> In a saucepan add 2 cups of sugar per cup and a half of water, place over medium heat, separate the egg whites and the yellow ones (in this case we will only use the egg whites) and add them in a bowl (egg whites).

Cuando el almíbar haga burbujas más pequeñas y de punto de hilo, retiramos del fuego y dejamos reposar durante 5minutos aproximadamente, comenzamos a batir las claras de huevo hasta a punto de nieve, incorporamos en forma de hilo constante el almíbar, batimos por aproximadamente por 3 minutos incorporamos una cucharadita de crémor tártaro y una cucharadita de esencia de tu preferencia (en este caso usamos esencia de natha)y seguimos batiendo aproximadamente por 8minutos o hasta que el merengue haga picos.

Dividimos el merengue en partes iguales en diferentes envases, preparamos el color negro, como es un color oscuro en merengue cuesta un poco dar con el tono así que debemos agregar suficiente cantidad. Abrimos nuestro pastel en 2 partes, con el merengue blanco colocamos un borde en las orillas para que el chocolate no se derrame al colocar las otras capas, le colocamos sus soportes (esto es para que el pastel no se mueva).

Colocamos una línea blanca y otra negra hasta bordar todo el pastel, luego con la espátula alisamos, en la parte de arriba hacemos movimientos circulares agregando la crema y esto le dará el toque final a nuestra sencilla pero hermosa torta. Esta fue decorada con unos topper relativos a una serie llamada Umbrella.
