Dozens of interfaith environmental protesters were arrested Tuesday morning outside the White House Tuesday morning. This is the second day of action protesting President Biden's decision to allow projects like the Line 3 Pipeline - which they say could endanger clean water and the environment - to proceed.
"The horrifying fossil fuel projects that President Biden is allowing completely go against the spirit of protecting the earth," one Hindu activist described.
Hundreds more arrests are anticipated between this upcoming Wednesday and Friday.
