Solo's weekly picks: Outdoor

Going into the outdoors can be quite refreshing, even the simple things out in the forest seem extra nice since things can be so quiet and calm. I think many people enjoy going for walks outdoors just like me. Sometimes going on a long drive is enjoyable too, even being inside the cabin of a car it still feels like you are out in the open. And with many stops a long the way it can still be an outdoor experience. And this week I found five Hive users showing off their outdoor experiences.

Here are five Hive plankton and minnows talking about their outdoor adventure:

Diversity of rural winters in Bangladesh. [ Part 4 ] (will be Continued) by @smtr-rafi

@smtr-rafi/diversity-of-rural-winters-in-bangladesh-part-4-will-be-continued

This post really caught my eye with the environment captured in the shots. It really felt like it hit home with a true rural feeling to every photo. Though a rural place I have never been but still feels some how familiar. Great captures, really loved them.

Our Weekend Road Trip Adventure From Stockholm to Oslo by @shahzad-ansari

@shahzad-ansari/our-weekend-road-trip-adventure-from-stockholm-to-oslo

Driving over 300 miles they reach Oslo, and the views are quite amazing. With an old hotel located on top of a hill. Eventhough they spent the night indoors, the day was spent on the road in the outdoors.

Hiking Three Sisters by @urban.scout

@urban.scout/hiking-three-sisters

Going on a hike up a mountainside they forgot to bring their good shoes and this quickly became a problem. Though making their way up the mountain was slower because of this. They still got there and enjoyed a snack as they made their way up the mountainside. I really enjoyed seeing the flowers growing out of the rock faces.

The countryside and its mountains, a blessing from God. 🌱 by @carolinacardoza

Walking through a mountainous area of Venezuela where the Andes meet the hills, the pictures looked amazing but the poster mentioned that they do not do justice. It probably look even better in person.

Entrenamiento de Caminata de Montaña ruta - Cerro El Toquito [ESP/ENG] by @cetb2008

@cetb2008/entrenamiento-de-caminata-de-montana-ruta-cerro-el-toquito-espeng

Going for a hike on a fire break up in some grass land hills. You can see a small community below, as the sun goes down the lights in the neighborhood come on. All and all it was a nice long walk, around 4 miles. Looks like the views were quite good that day.

Thats my five picks for this week, come back next week to see
Solo's next weekly picks. I curate posts every Tuesday and do this through MSP. Thanks so much to the Minnow Support Group for giving me the opportunity to serve as a curator!
