Here's a non exclusive list of some of the places you can use Lightning and any place you can send or receive Lightning.... is somewhere you can use with v4v.app and your Hive and HBD.
Bitrefill has hundreds of partner merchants where you can buy gift cards or vouchers to use online. They accept Lightning payments which is by far the cheapest way to pay them.
Put an item in your cart, checkout with Lightning and use v4v.app on your phone or desktop to pay the Lightning Invoice with Hive or HBD.
Download The Bitcoin Company app to start earning bitcoin back on all your purchases. Use my referral code: 8G5L8E. I've used the Visa cards and I regularly pay for my Voltage Lightning node via this app.
I've not tried FixedFloat.com but I see people using it. It's a crypto swapping service that does take Lightning and swaps into many other cryptos.
Nicehash lets you buy mining power and earn. You can both deposit and withdraw via Lightning and therefore it works with v4v.app.
If there are other services you think I should put on this list, let me know! Especially local ones: maybe your local pizza place accepts Lightning. I know that a few people are buying food local to them and paying direct from v4v.app in the Hive Keychain browser!
