Hello peoples! As I told you in the announcement post of My Favorite Song contest, I will be making playlists where the winning songs of each month will be compiled, and it turns out that out of nowhere May is already over! So here I bring you the May playlist to delight your ears!
Before sharing it I want to thank the @smi-le team, especially @tripode, for allowing me to make this contest, I think that without their support it would not have been possible at all, and of course, also thank everyone who has participated in the contest so far, for having shared with me a little piece of you through those stories and songs in such a creative way.
I also want to thank @elcomentador for sponsoring the contest. This is one of the best projects I have seen in a long time in Hive because of the fact that it focuses more on the human side than on the monetary side of the chain as a social network; giving and receiving compliments, teachings and constructive criticism, things that can be as (or even for some) more valuable than monetary rewards. I think it is a very nice project that is doing a great job in promoting the habit of commenting, and not just commenting two or three words, but leaving comments that add value to the authors and their publications; which would be social curation as some call it.
As a person more attracted to the human parts than the economic ones, it makes me feel quite happy and grateful that my contest becomes a space to foster this social curation and therefore engagement as well, a small place where many people share experiences and life stories in such a creative way and even share with new people. That's why I decided to create this collection to compile the winning comments of each edition of the contest during this past month of May, I wanted a space to appreciate not only the music but also the words.
So I'm not only going to share with you the May playlist but also the users who shared those songs in splendid and emotion-filled comments! :D
Hola amigos! Como les dije en el post de anuncio del concurso Mi Canción Favorita, haré listas de reproducción donde estarán compiladas las canciones ganadoras de cada mes y pues resulta que de la nada ya Mayo terminó! Así que acá les traigo la lista de reproducción de Mayo para deleiten sus oídos!
Antes de compartirla quiero agradecer al equipo de @smi-le, especialmente @tripode, por haberme permitido realizar este concurso, creo que sin su apoyo no hubiese sido para nada posible, y por supuesto, también agradecer a todos los que han participado del concurso hasta ahora, por haberme compartido un pedacito de ustedes a través de esas historias y canciones de manera tan creativa.
También quiero agradecer a @elcomentador por patrocinar el concurso. Este es uno de los mejores proyectos que he visto en largo rato en Hive por el hecho de enfocarse mas en la parte humana que en la monetaria de la cadena como red social, el aportar y recibir elogios, enseñanzas y criticas constructivas, cosas que pueden ser tan o incluso para algunos mas valiosas que las recompensas monetarias. Creo que es un proyecto muy lindo que esta haciendo un gran trabajo en el fomento del habito de comentar, y no solo comentar dos o tres palabras, sino dejar comentarios que aporten valor a los autores y sus publicaciones; lo que vendría siendo curación social como lo llaman algunos.
Como una persona mas atraída a las partes humanas que a las económicas, me hace sentir bastante feliz y agradecida que mi concurso se convierta en un espacio para fomentar esta curación social y por lo tanto el engagement también, un pequeño lugar donde muchas personas compartan experiencias e historias de vida de manera tan creativa y hasta compartan con nuevas personas. Es por esto que decidí crear esta colección para compilar los comentarios ganadores de cada edición del concurso durante este pasado mes de Mayo, quería un espacio para apreciar no solo la música sino también las palabras.

So here it is! All the winning songs compiled in a perfectly curated playlist for your delight :D As you can see I mixed all the songs up by putting them in a different order for a better listening experience!
I just left the link to the playlist in the SMILE #music-playlist channel, if you want to listen to it but don't use Spotify you can do it on the server. How? 👉 First you must copy the playlist link, then join the music-voice channel and type -p and paste the link, then hit enter and the Groovy bot should start playing it.
Así que acá esta! Todas las canciones ganadoras compiladas en una lista perfectamente curada para tu deleite :D Como verán, mezcle todas las canciones colocandolas en otro orden para una mejor experiencia auditiva!
Justo deje el enlace de la lista en canal #music-playlist de SMILE, si quieres escucharla pero no usas Spotify puedes hacerlo en el servidor. Cómo? 👉 Primero debes copiar el enlace de la lista, luego unirte al canal de voz music y tipear -p y pegar el link, luego le das a enter y el bot Groovy debería empezar a reproducirla.
