প্রতিটি জাতির মাঝেই একটি আকাংখা প্রকটভাবে বিদ্যমান থাকে, আর সেটা হলো নিজের ভাষায়, মায়ের ভাষায়, নিজের অনুভূতি প্রকাশে স্বাধীনতা। আর এই স্বাধীনতাকে প্রতিষ্ঠিত করার জন্য, পুরো বিশ্বকে অবাক করে, আন্দোলনে ঝাপিয়ে পরে বাঙালী জাতি, সংগ্রামের মাধ্যমে মাতৃভাষায় কথা বলার অধিকার প্রতিষ্ঠিত করে। আজকের এই বিজয়ের মাসে, আমরা তাদের প্রতি জ্ঞাপন করছি গভীর শ্রদ্ধঞ্জলি।
বাঙালী হিসেবে আমরাও চাই প্রতিটি জায়গায় নিজের ভাষায় নিজের অনুভূতি শেয়ার করার অধিকার। কিন্তু দুঃখজনক ভাবে এটা সত্য যে, ব্লকচেইন দুনিয়ায় আমরা আমাদের ভাষায় অবস্থান মজবুত করতে ব্যর্থ হয়েছি। যার কারনে আমাদের বাংলা ভাষায় সফলতা অর্জন কষ্টকর হয়ে গেছে। যেখানে অন্যান্য ভাষা ভাষীরা চমৎকার সুবিধা আদায়ে সমর্থ হয়েছে।
আমাদের মাতৃভাষা বাংলাকে ব্লকচেইন দুনিয়ায় শক্ত অবস্থানে নিয়ে যাওয়ার জন্য এবং ব্লকচেইনে বাংলা ভাষায় অনুভূতি শেয়ার ও সফলতা নিশ্চিত করার জন্য আমাদের নতুন এই ক্ষুদ্র প্রয়াস। কারন আমি দেখেছি, আমাদের দেশের অধিকাংশ ব্যবহারকারীরা যথেষ্ট পরিশ্রম করেও, সঠিকভাবে নিজেদের মতামত কিংবা অনুভূতি প্রকাশ করতে পারছেন না, যার কারনে পর্যাপ্ত সফলতা নিশ্চিত করতে ব্যর্থ হচ্ছেন। কিন্তু এখানে যদি অন্য ভাষায় চেষ্টা না করে, নিজ ভাষায় তা প্রকাশ করতেন, তবে আরো বেশী দক্ষতা প্রদর্শন করতে সমর্থ হতেন।
সুতরাং আমরা আমাদের এই প্রচেষ্টার মাধ্যমে, সকল বাংলাভাষীদের একত্র করার প্রয়াস চালাবো এবং সবাইকে নতুনভাবে উদ্ধুদ্ধ করার চেষ্টা করবো। আমরা নির্দিষ্ট কিছু নিয়মের মাধ্যমে সকলকে সঠিক নিয়ম অনুসরন করার ব্যাপারে অনুপ্রাণিত করবো এবং সকলে মিলে নিজেদের লক্ষ্যে পৌঁছানোর প্রচেষ্টা করবো। আমরা বিশ্বাস করি, একতাই বল। যদি আমরা সবাই মিলে, সঠিক উপায়ে চেষ্টা করি, তবে আমাদের সফলতা নিশ্চিত করার ক্ষেত্রেও আমরা সফল হবো।
আসুন বিজয়ের এই মাসে, আমরা একতাবদ্ধ হওয়ার প্রতিশ্রুতিতে আবদ্ধ হই এবং নিজেদের সফলতা নিশ্চিতের আরো একটি সংগ্রামে সংযুক্ত হই। নিজের ভাষায়-নিজের অস্তিত্ব প্রকাশ করি, বিশ্বকে আবার জানান দেই বাঙালীরা হারতে জানে না।
আর এই লক্ষ্যকে সম্মুখে রেখে আমাদের প্রাথমিক প্রচেষ্টা থাকবে।
১. এনগেজমেন্ট বৃদ্ধি করাঃ আমরা প্রতিদিন কমপক্ষে আমাদের গ্রুপের সদস্য যারা বাংলায় ভিডিও তৈরী করবে তাদের ভিডিওগুলো দেখবো এবং সে ব্যাপারে আমাদের মন্তব্য শেয়ার করবো। তবে প্রতিদিন অবশ্যই একটি ভিডিওর বেশী কেউ শেয়ার করতে পারবে না। ভিডিওগুলোর দৈর্ঘ্য কমপক্ষে ৪মিনিটের হতে হবে এবং ভিডিওর লেখায় কমপক্ষে ১০০ শব্দ লিখতে হবে।
২. বাংলা ভাষার ব্যবহার নিশ্চিত করাঃ ভিডিও তৈরীর ক্ষেত্রে সবাই বাংলা শব্দ ব্যবহার করবো। তবে ভিডিওটির ব্যাপারে শুরুতে কিছুটা ধারনা দেয়া যেতে পারে ইংরেজীতে। ভিডিওটিতে টপিক সম্পর্কে উপস্থাপনা সুন্দর করার প্রচেষ্টা থাকতে হবে। কিন্তু কোন কথা অথবা অনুভূতি ছাড়া ভিডিও শেয়ার করা যাবে না, যেমন গেমস।
৩. নিজ ভাষায় দক্ষতা অর্জন করাঃ এ বিষয়ে আমাদের বিশেষ প্রচেষ্টা থাকবে গ্রুপের হ্যাংআউটগুলোতে। আমরা চেষ্টা করবো অন্তঃত প্রতি মাসে একটি নির্দিষ্ট বিষয়ের উপর প্রতিযোগিতার আয়োজন করা এবং সে বিষয়ে সঠিকভাবে গাইড করার। যারা নতুন তাদের প্রতি আমাদের বিশেষ দৃষ্টি থাকবে সব সময়।
আসুন আমরা সবাই মিলে একত্রে, নিজেদের জন্য, নিজের দেশ ও ভাষার জন্য আরো একটি সংগ্রামে সংযুক্ত হই। আমাদের একতাবদ্ধতা, আমাদের সঠিক প্রচেষ্টা এবং দক্ষতা সকল কিছুই সহজসাধ্য করে দিবে। সকল বাংলাভাষী তথা বাংলাদেশীদের এই উদ্যোগের সাথে সংযুক্ত হওয়ার সাদর আমন্ত্রণ জানাচ্ছি।

There is an undying aspiration within every nation, and that is to express one’s feelings in one’s own mother tongue and relish in the freedom of it. In order to establish this, surprising the whole world, the Bengali nation jumped into the movement and established the right to speak in the mother tongue through struggle. In this month of victory, we pay our deepest respects to those who sacrificed their lives for the Bangla language.
As Bengalis, we naturally desire the right to share our feelings in our very own language, everywhere. But sadly, we have failed to strengthen the position of our language within the blockchain world. As a result, we are yet to find success in the Bengali language, where other language speakers are getting excellent results.
This, HiveBangladesh, is our humble effort to carry along with us, our mother tongue, Bengali, to a stronger position within the blockchain world. It is our humble effort to express ourselves and to ensure the success of Bengali as a language. We have noticed, most of the users from our country, despite putting in their best efforts, aren’t fully able to express their opinions or feelings aptly, which could explain why they are failing to reach desired milestones. If they were to express themselves in their own mother tongue, rather than rely on a foreign language, they could have shown more skill in their work.
So, through our efforts, we will try to bring all the Bangladeshi users together, and try to inspire them with a new take on things. With the help of certain tailored guidelines, we will urge our members to follow the correct rules of the blockchain and pursue our milestones, together. We believe in unity. If we all work together in the correct manner, we will certainly achieve success.
In this month of victory, let us be bound by the promises of unity, and engage in one another’s struggle to ensure our success. Let’s express ourselves in our mother tongue, and let the world once again know that we will win, no matter what.
With these goals in mind, our initial efforts will be:
Increasing engagement: Every day, we will engage with the videos, made in Bengali, by our community members through watching and sharing our opinions about it. However, each member is limited to a maximum of sharing only one video a day. Videos must be, at the least, 4 minutes long and contain not less than 100 words.
Ensuring the use of Bangla language: We will make videos in Bengali. For the sake of the general audience, a brief introduction to the video can be done in English. The video must be presented in a beautiful manner. However, videos without opinion, expressions, and words will not be allowed, such as gaming videos.
Gaining skills in native language: We will strive to accomplish this, specifically, throughout our various “hangouts” in our community channel. We will attempt to achieve this by organizing monthly competitions, on specific topics, and will guide the members properly. Our special focus will always be on new users.
Let us put our hands forward, and hold them together in unity, and join one another in each ones’ struggles, for us, for our country, and for our language. Our unity, proper efforts, and skills will ease the difficulties. We warmly invite all the Bangladeshi users to join our humble initiative.
