A veces a ustedes no les ha pasado que desean comer algo diferente en sus cenas, si verdad? así me pasó anoche. Dándole un rumbo diferente a mi cena para variar un poco siiiii, Tostones muy ricos!, en la zona donde vivo es muy fácil cosechar una mata de plátano, cambur o topocho, de echo en el patio de la casa hay unas cuantas plantas empezamos con una de cambur y ya tenemos plátano y topocho, es muy fácil cosecharlos y obtener mas plantas porque la misma planta va sacando brotes nuevos que serán sus futuros hijos, reemplazando de la planta original. Con el aceite bien caliente sumerjo los tostones en una primera ronda sin dejarlos que se cocinen completamente, los retiro de la candela para luego pisarlos para que queden mas crujientes y delgados, en esa parte del proceso le agrego sal y si deseas le puedes agregar ajo para darle un toque especial. >With the very hot oil I submerge the tostones in a first round without letting them cook completely, I remove them from the candle and then step on them so that they are more crisp and thin, in that part of the process I add salt and if you wish you can add garlic to give it a special touch.
