Ya lista la verdura. En bol con agua añado los vegetales para lavarlo y luego picarlo en trozo mediano porque es para sopa no necesitar picarlo en trozo pequeño. Después comenzamos a sazonar el pescado con sal y le añado una hojita de culantro mientras se deja reservado. Ya listo todo empezamos a montar la olla grande al fuego medio con 1 litros de agua lo tapamos cuando esté empezando hervir le añado lo vegetales que son, la cebolla, ají, ajo, cebollín lo tapamos y lo dejamos cocinar por unos 10 minutos. Cuando esté un poco blanda la verdura le añado el pescado uno por unos hasta cubrir la sopa con el pescado, le agrego una hoja de culantro y le cubro con un poco de agua y lo tapo hasta que se cocine bien concentrado por unos 15 minutos.
