Un saludo para todos en esta comunidad de @aliento, hoy me uno a esta iniciativa por parte de @escuadron201, es la segunda en la que participo ya que me parecen muy interesantes estas iniciativas. Desde el primer momento que vi el post del cómo creo que deberían ser los hivers y cómo deberían evolucionar ya sean en sus post, como usuarios etc , mi mente comenzó a trabajar y es que este tipo de preguntas son impactantes porque te invitan a pensar y no a dar una respuesta de inmediato bien sea negando o afirmando, entonces comenzó mi autoanálisis y me pregunté ¿Cómo debo ser en mi rol de hiver que me permita evolucionar?

From the first moment I saw the post about how I think hivers should be and how they should evolve, whether in their posts, as users, etc., my mind began to work, because these types of questions are impressive because they invite you to think and not to give an answer immediately, either denying or affirming, then my self-analysis began and I asked myself, how should I be in my hiver role that allows me to evolve?
Comienzo por mí porque considero que todo tiene una naturaleza una base y a partir de ahí se origina la estructura que evoluciona y deja resultados a nivel general.
En primer lugar, me propuse objetivos este año 2022, uno de ellos es conocer el ecosistema de la blockchain , poder adquirir criptomonedas y transar con ellas, puesto que ya estoy convencida es algo completamente legal y cada día va evolucionando, segundo, mi participación en la red social de Hive , ¿ Por qué? porque vengo de hacer un trabajo a nivel de redes sociales y creo que hive es el vehículo indicado para darle continuidad a lo que vengo haciendo y por tratarse de una red basada en la blockchain, puedo aprender lograr resultados a nivel personal, profesional y financiero.
Tengo claro mi propósito, creo estar en el lugar indicado ahora bien:
¿Conozco cómo debo manejarme en un lugar que se supone estoy utilizando con fines específicos? ¿Conozco sus reglas sus normas, políticas y forma de interactuar eficaz y eficientemente?
Haré una pausa para luego continuar y es que en el post escuadron201 mencionó sobre la entrevista junto con @eddiespino y @shadowmyst a @fermionico del cómo deben ser los hiver y su evolución, de inmediato lo seguí y me dispuse a escuchar el podcast, ¿por qué? Porque estaba segura se trataba de un líder que me daría información importante para mi conocimiento acerca de hive y del cómo manejarme en ella de manera adecuada y la verdad ¡Qué entrevista! Gracias por compartir información de valor! Sé que muchos usuarios habrán escuchado el podcast, y comparten mi opinión, me sentí muy identificada en ciertos aspectos.

First of all, I set myself goals this year 2022, one of them is to get to know the blockchain ecosystem, to be able to acquire cryptocurrencies and trade with them, since I am already convinced it is something completely legal and it is evolving every day, second, my participation in the Hive social network, why? because I come from doing work at the level of social networks and I believe that hive is the right vehicle to give continuity to what I have been doing and because it is a network based on the blockchain, I can learn to achieve results on a personal, professional and financial level.
I am clear about my purpose, I think I am in the right place now:
Do I know how to handle myself in a place that I am supposed to be using for specific purposes? Do I know its rules, its norms, policies and way of interacting effectively and efficiently?

Continuando con mi introspección y atreviéndome ahora a dejar algún tipo de recomendación, Considero que la base y el éxito en todos los proyectos está en el fin que se tenga en mente y la fuerza que emplees en conseguir tus objetivos! Pudiera sonar como a catarsi o no tratarse de las respuestas específicas de la iniciativa, pero es que realmente insisto en las bases Y es la manera como yo me evalúo para evolucionar como hiver y al escuchar a fermionico le di más fuerzas a mi fin en mente.
En el corto tiempo que llevo en los medios digitales veo con mucha atención la cantidad de personas que buscan más atajos, tomando cualquier cosa que solo beneficia en un momento, que no construye bases sólidas, donde no hay objetivos claros, metas, mucho menos un plan con estrategias definidas, solo un pensamiento oportunista que desea lo cómodo y lo fácil.
En este nuevo proyecto como en cualquier otro de mi vida estoy muy clara en que debo hacer las cosas correctas, con un plan establecido, invirtiendo tiempo, esfuerzo, dedicación ,debo ir construyendo y evaluando resultados, mejorando y cambiando lo que sea necesario, disfrutando el proceso con la responsabilidad que amerita cualquier negocio, o emprendimiento, y no precisamente a corto plazo, que si bien veo en esta plataforma la oportunidad de obtener beneficios económicos hasta de inmediato , no es una garantía que sea así de fácil, hay que prepararse y ceñirse a las normas.

It might sound like catharsis or not be about the specific responses of the initiative, but I really insist on the bases And it is the way I evaluate myself to evolve as hiver and listening to fermionic gave more strength to my end in mind .
In the short time that I have been in digital media, I see very carefully the number of people who are looking for more shortcuts, taking anything that only benefits in a moment, that does not build solid foundations, where there are no clear objectives, goals, much less a plan with defined strategies, only opportunistic thinking that wants what is comfortable and easy.
In this new project, as in any other in my life, I am very clear that I must do the right things, with an established plan, investing time, effort, dedication, I must build and evaluate results, improving and changing what is necessary, enjoying the process with the responsibility that any business or entrepreneurship deserves, and not precisely in the short term, that although I see in this platform the opportunity to obtain economic benefits even immediately, it is not a guarantee that it will be that easy, you have to prepare and stick to the rules.
Creo que si queremos evolucionar como hivers debemos enfocarnos principalmente en el conocimiento de la plataforma, del ecosistema, de las normas, de lo que podemos o no hacer acá en hive.
Fermionico responde acerca de su manera estricta y sé que muchos opinan igual y es que deben existir normas, leyes que regulen, independientemente del sistema de creencias en cuanto a lo bueno o lo malo, porque no existe cosa como tal, “cada cabeza es un mundo” y cada plataforma también tiene sus reglas, sus políticas y es lo primero que debemos conocer y si estamos de acuerdo entonces a trabajar! Es como los principios que también aunque difieran en cada quien, hay principios universales que regulan y le dan un curso a las cosas, a una sociedad, debemos estar claros en eso! Esto nos ayuda a comprender del por qué nuestros post pudieran ser silenciados o cuestionados por plagio.
Es muy importante la presencia de los líderes y siempre un líder se destaca por su carácter, es lo que da la influencia solo que creo hay una mala interpretación con respecto al carácter, asociado quizás al abuso de autoridad, un buen líder sabe de esto y lo demuestra en su andar y tendrá personas a su lado valorando lo que hace. Cuando menciono esto es porque considero que la sinergia es necesaria, es lo que hace que se mantenga la interacción y funcione un sistema y seguir buenos lideres nos ayuda a evolucionar, así que apoyo el hecho de establecer buenas relaciones en la plataforma para nuestra evolución como hivers.

The presence of leaders is very important and a leader always stands out for his character, it is what gives him influence, only I think there is a misunderstanding regarding character, perhaps associated with abuse of authority, a good leader knows this and He shows it in his walk and he will have people by his side valuing what he does. When I mention this it is because I consider that synergy is necessary, it is what keeps the interaction going and makes a system work and following good leaders helps us to evolve, so I support the fact of establishing good relationships on the platform for our evolution as hivers
En todo este proceso de conocer la plataforma, sus normas, de interactuar en la red social , de hacer alianzas constructivas, debo tener la paciencia necesaria, pagar el precio como dicen, no pretendo pedir lo que no he dado, veo a usuarios inquietos en este asunto de los votos , tenemos que hacer nuestro trabajo, darnos a conocer, aportar nuestro valor, sacar a flote esa pasión por lo que estamos haciendo , no hacer las cosas solo por el dinero o por la necesidad créanme aquí hay un punto de quiebre , todo proyecto sólido tiene su tiempo , si queremos dinero de inmediato salgamos a vender algo tocar puertas no sé, jajajaja pero es necesario entregar el valor que deseamos recibir, es así de sencillo!
Hubo algo muy interesante para mí en la entrevista y es sobre el contenido que estamos dejando en hive, que es inmutable y quedará para la historia! Eso me invita a estar más comprometida con mi propósito, es el legado para la humanidad, para quienes estamos muy pendientes y comprometidos con nuestra esencia con el hecho de educar, y compartir información
Para finalizar y en resumen, considero que debo informarme mucho acerca de la cadena, porque todos debemos hacerlo, comprender lo del power up stake de su importancia del cómo podemos contribuir con la evolución también de hive , hablamos de nuestra evolución pero es fundamental apoyar a nuestra comunidad fortalecerla así nosotros también nos fortalecemos y crecemos! quiero seguir aprendiendo, me daré el tiempo necesario, si bien hay muchas comunidades que me llaman la atención para compartir contenido voy a enfocarme en lo que más domino, seguir enfocada en la autenticidad , originalidad de mis post y en brindar apoyo al resto de los usuarios luego veré los resultados, tengo paciencia y lo que tenga que cambiar lo haré.
