¡Bienvenidos de nuevo a mi blog, chicos! El día de hoy quiero traer un post bastante diferente, el cuál quise hacer motivado a lo que se vivió el día de ayer en el programa conocido como EspaWOW! a cargo de mi proyecto conocido como @espavlog; tuvimos a nuestro amigo @palabras1 en la entrevista y me sentí demasiado motivado como para compartirles un poco mi visión sobre la creación de contenido en Hive y el cómo las recompensas deberían ser una consecuencia y no un motivo.
Welcome back to my blog, guys! Today I want to bring you a very different post, which I wanted to do motivated by what happened yesterday in the program known as EspaWOW! in charge of my project known as @espavlog; we had our friend @palabras1 in the interview and I felt too motivated to share with you my vision about the creation of content in Hive and how rewards should be a consequence and not a motive.
¿Por qué creamos contenido? | Why do we create content?
Tal vez tú, que me lees en este momento tengas un motivo totalmente distinto al que yo voy a mencionar en este párrafo, sin embargo, quiero que medites un poco con respecto a lo que diré, cuando entramos a Hive, generalmente la «motivación» es el dinero porque es lo primero que nos venden al llegar.
«Hive es una plataforma donde estoy haciendo dinero hablando de lo que me gusta, deberías intentarlo»
Escuchamos esa frase y decimos «suena muy bello para ser cierto» y cuando entramos a Hive, nos damos cuenta de dos cosas muy particulares:
Si es cierto.
No es cierto.
Maybe you, who are reading me right now, have a totally different motive than the one I am going to mention in this paragraph, however, I want you to think a little bit about what I am going to say, when we enter Hive, generally the "motivation" is money because it is the first thing they sell us when we arrive.
"Hive is a platform where I'm making money talking about what I love, you should give it a try."
We hear that phrase and we say "it sounds too beautiful to be true" and when we enter Hive, we realize two very particular things:
1. It is true.
1. It's not true.
Y se preguntarán «Ilaz pero ¿cómo así?» pues, simple, si es cierto que en Hive podemos hacer dinero por crear contenido de cualquier tipo, sin embargo, hay algo bonito en esa frase y es el hecho de tener la capacidad de monetizar contenido que nos gusta, que nos apasiona, que nos hace ser nosotros.
En Hive monetizamos lo que somos, no lo que hacemos, esta diferencia es la que hace que esta plataforma sea una alternativa más humana al resto de redes sociales de la Web 2.0 donde, básicamente eres un producto con tu marca y monetizas lo que haces, a nadie realmente le interesa mucho lo que eres.
And you may ask "Ilaz but how so?" well, simple, if it is true that in Hive we can make money by creating content of any kind, however, there is something beautiful in that phrase and it is the fact of having the ability to monetize content that we like, that we are passionate about, that makes us be us.
In Hive we monetize what we are, not what we do, this difference is what makes this platform a more human alternative to the rest of the Web 2.0 social networks where you are basically a product with your brand and you monetize what you do, nobody really cares much about what you are.
Entonces, podemos suponer que nuestra primera motivación en realidad es el dinero, sin embargo, luego de entrar en Hive, nos damos cuenta de que tenemos un abanico de posibilidades que se basan en muchas más cosas, conocemos personas que nos ayudan a crecer, en mi caso he hecho una infinidad de amistades, pero una de las que más agradezco en este momento es mi gran amigo @bananasfallers, es una persona que hoy en día se siente como si lo conociera desde hace tiempo y fuéramos vecinos, cuando realmente nos separan países de distancia.
Además de eso, encontré nuevas pasiones como hacer contenido en vídeo más allá de grabar vídeos cantando, vi arrancar y apoyé con ideas al proyecto que más ha apoyado a la comunidad hispana en Hive en la actualidad como lo es el proyecto @aliento, eso me hace pensar en la cantidad de vidas que estamos impactando de forma positiva y me hace sentirme totalmente agradecido.
So, we can assume that our first motivation is actually money, however, after entering Hive, we realize that we have a range of possibilities that are based on many more things, we know people who help us grow, in my case I have made an infinite number of friendships, but one of the most grateful at this time is my great friend @bananasfallers, is a person who today feels as if I knew him for a long time and we were neighbors, when really we are separated by countries of distance.
Besides that, I found new passions like making video content beyond recording videos singing, I saw start and supported with ideas to the project that has supported the Hispanic community in Hive today as is the @aliento project, that makes me think about how many lives we are impacting in a positive way and makes me feel totally grateful.
Desarrollé un proyecto (@espavlog) para alojar a creadores de contenido en vídeo que estén sufriendo una crisis de demonetización o de censura en plataformas como Youtube.
Desarrollé otros proyectos en conjunto para crear nichos para buscar que muchos creadores que no encuentran tu lugar en Hive tengan a donde llevar su contenido como lo es @bee-stage junto a @dimeshana y @elizabeths14 o el caso de @hive-con, el cuál retomé ahora con personas geniales en el equipo como @cryptoalvirin y @bananasfallers.
Ayudé junto a otros hivers épicos como @victoriabsb y @soy-laloreto a crear el proyecto Hive Classroom para enseñar a muchos usuarios a hacer vida en Hive de la mejor manera.
I developed a project (@espavlog) to host video content creators who are suffering a demonetization or censorship crisis on platforms like Youtube.
I developed other projects together to create niches to find that many creators who do not find your place in Hive have where to take their content as it is @bee-stage with @dimeshana and @elizabeths14 or the case of @hive-con, which I took up now with great people on the team as @cryptoalvirin and @bananasfallers.
I helped together with other epic hivers like @victoriabsb and @soy-laloreto to create the Hive Classroom project to teach many users how to make life in Hive in the best way.
Pero ahora, viene la parte más importante, hice todo esto y ¿cuál fue mi motivación? Pues, si me lo preguntan, les diré que fue el hecho de sentir que puedo impactar de forma positiva la vida de los demás, que puedo ser esa diferencia en las personas que llegan a Hive buscando una alternativa y pueden encontrar inclusive un milagro porque las cosas salgan bien y terminen obteniendo un giro drástico en la misma.
El dinero es importante porque lo necesitamos para vivir, para comer, para viajar, para estudiar, para hacer lo que necesitemos en la vida, pero ese no puede ser el factor motivación de nuestra creación de contenido, más sí debe ser una consecuencia del mismo, porque, de hacer contenido original y esforzarnos al máximo, la recompensa debería existir, sabemos que no todo el tiempo contamos con la suerte para ello, porque sí, en Hive a veces tenemos un factor suerte detrás, pero ahora caemos en un tema importante.
But now comes the most important part, I did all this and what was my motivation? Well, if you ask me, I will tell you that it was the fact of feeling that I can positively impact the lives of others, that I can be that difference in people who come to Hive looking for an alternative and can even find a miracle because things go well and end up getting a drastic turn in it.
Money is important because we need it to live, to eat, to travel, to study, to do whatever we need in life, but that can not be the motivating factor of our content creation, but it should be a consequence of it, because, if we make original content and strive to the maximum, the reward should exist, we know that not all the time we have the luck for it, because yes, in Hive sometimes we have a luck factor behind, but now we fall into an important issue.

Sonará muy sencillo pero es más complicado de lo que parece, pero, ¿no te has puesto a pensar, que si posteas más seguido o creas más y más proyectos, por lógica y estadística, alguno te va a funcionar? Esta premisa es válida para todo en la vida, pero realmente sí puedo decir que en Hive sucede demasiado este hecho, la mayor cantidad de éxito queda en las personas que se quedan mucho tiempo tratando de luchar por sus proyectos y metas dentro, no es un camino corto, no hay atajos, todo tiene que ser de forma progresiva.
It may sound very simple but it is more complicated than it seems, but haven't you ever thought that if you post more often or create more and more projects, by logic and statistics, some of them will work for you? This premise is valid for everything in life, but I can really say that in Hive this fact happens too much, the greatest amount of success is in people who stay long time trying to fight for their projects and goals inside, it is not a short way, there are no shortcuts, everything has to be progressive.
En mi caso personal, desde que comencé siempre he ido tratando de escalar, siempre buscando mejorar así sea solo en calidad de mis equipos, he ahorrado, tenido que hacer Power Down, llegué a casi tener 500 de HP, hoy en día estoy casi en 900 de HP de nuevo, y tengo equipos de mejor calidad, puedo grabar ahora con mi laptop por mi última compra, quiero llegar a ser un testigo de Hive y hacer un testigo con @espavlog también como lo es nuestro gran proyecto @aliento para poder seguir aportando mi granito de arena a nuestra cadena y seguir impactando vidas de la mejor manera con más recursos y demostrar cada vez más mi compromiso para con la plataforma.
In my personal case, since I started I have always been trying to climb, always looking to improve even if only in quality of my equipment, I have saved, I had to make Power Down, I almost had 500 HP, today I'm almost at 900 HP again, and I have better quality equipment, I can now record with my laptop for my last purchase, I want to become a witness of Hive and make a witness with @espavlog also as it is our great project @aliento to continue contributing my bit to our chain and continue impacting lives in the best way with more resources and demonstrate more and more my commitment to the platform.
Llevo 4 años fracasando e intentando, fracasando, aprendiendo e intentando, fracasando, aprendiendo, creciendo e intentado y así sucesivamente con mentalidad de éxito, incluso en mis peores momentos emocionales, mucha de esta sabiduría la he aprendido de @enrique89 porque siempre es mejor hacer que planificar, es mejor tratar de abrir puertas, una tras otra hasta que alguna funcione que idear miles y miles de planes para tratar de abrir una sola que considere sea «segura».
I have been failing and trying for 4 years now, failing and trying, failing, learning and trying, failing, learning, growing and trying and so on with a success mentality, even in my worst emotional moments, much of this wisdom I have learned from @enrique89 because it is always better to do than to plan, it is better to try to open doors, one after another until one works than to come up with thousands and thousands of plans to try to open a single one that I consider to be "safe".

Hive no es una carrera de velocidad sino de constancia, como diría mi buen amigo y mentor @fermionico, hay que sembrar desde ya, aprovechando un precio tan infravalorado en nuestro token raíz como lo es el Hive que cotiza hoy en día a $0.55 USD en promedio, pues, de alcanzar un precio hipotético de $10 USD en el futuro, ¿no les gustaría haber acumulado una gran cantidad de HP? Piensen en eso, la libertad financiera está en nuestras manos y Hive nos necesita como inversores.
Sin embargo, irónicamente, la inversión que necesita Hive son nuestras pasiones, porque en el momento en el que dejas de pensar en el dinero y entiendes que en Hive el dinero es una consecuencia y no un motivo, logras la mentalidad de éxito que te va a catapultar a los confines más recónditos de los delfines y orcas más poderosas de este océano de posibilidades.
Arriésgate a salir de tu zona de confort y empieza a demostrar quién eres en cada publicación, crece, invierte en ti, en tus equipos, en tu contenido, reinvierte en tu perfil de Hive y date cuenta de que la libertad financiera llegará sola, y no por arte de magia, sino por la magia de hacer arte dentro de Hive.
Hive is not a race of speed but of constancy, as my good friend and mentor @fermionico would say, we have to seed from now on, taking advantage of such an undervalued price in our root token as is the Hive which trades today at $0.55 USD on average, well, if it reaches a hypothetical price of $10 USD in the future, wouldn't you like to have accumulated a large amount of HP? Think about it, financial freedom is in our hands and Hive needs us as investors.
Ironically, however, the investment Hive needs is our passions, because the moment you stop thinking about money and understand that in Hive money is a consequence and not a motive, you achieve the success mindset that will catapult you to the farthest reaches of the most powerful dolphins and killer whales in this ocean of possibilities.
Take the risk to get out of your comfort zone and start showing who you are in every publication, grow, invest in yourself, in your teams, in your content, reinvest in your Hive profile and realize that financial freedom will come by itself, and not by magic, but by the magic of making art within Hive.
