Aquí estamos diciendo presente en una nueva iniciativa dirigida por la Comunidad de Aliento, muchas gracias por esta ventana que nos abren para publicar.

¿Cómo deberían ser y evolucionar los Hivers?

Cuando buscaba en Google sobre Hive, las primeras imágenes que me aparecían eran siempre sobre un panal de avejas o una colmena, no habían muchas imágenes sobre la red cryptográfica en la cual me expreso actualmente.

Analizando un poco el nombre, le cae como anillo al dedo, la red tiene una estructura que continuamente sigue modificándose sobre sus firmes cimientos, cada nueva capa vuelve más a mena la red y para muchos se vuelve mucho más cómoda e intuitiva de utilizar, pero siempre manteniendo su escencia. Cada post, video o herramienta desarrollada en la red la ayuda a crecer, entonces cada uno de nosotros dentro de la colmena tenemos un rol y es hacerla crecer sin importar si nuestras contribuciones son grandes o pequeñas.

Nosotros la alimentamos constantemente por lo que somos, por lo que tenemos y queremos ofrecer. Podemos decir que esta colmena, se vuelve el lugar en el que queramos estar y podemos hacer crecer esos espacios de la colmena con nuestras propias aportaciones. Por ejemplo, si me gusta la fotografía, me uno a todas las comunidades de fotografías y comparto mi estilo favorito en la fotografía, puedo crear herramientas para proteger a los artistas de copyright y muchas cosas que a mi me parecen importantes dentro de este mundo. En este caso, tendría el papel que a mi me gustaría tener dentro de este espacio de la colmena y lo más seguro de todo es que por hacer las cosas o compartir las cosas que me gustan, podría ser recompenzado por mi rol dentro de la colmena.

What should Hivers look like and how should they evolve?

When i searched in Google about Hive, the first images that appeared to me were always about a beehive or an ant hive, there were not many images about the cryptographic network in which i currently express myself.

Analyzing a little the name, it fits like a glove, the network has a structure that continually continues to change on its firm foundations, each new layer makes the network more mena and for many it becomes much more comfortable and intuitive to use, but always maintaining its essence. Every post, video or tool developed on the network helps it grow, so each of us within the hive has a role to play and that is to make it grow no matter if our contributions are big or small.

We feed it constantly by what we are, by what we have and what we want to offer. We can say that this hive becomes the place where we want to be and we can make those spaces of the hive grow with our own contributions. For example, if i like photography, i join all the photography communities and share my favorite style in photography, i can create tools to protect artists from copyright and many things that i think are important in this world. In this case, i would have the role that i would like to have within this hive space and the safest of all is that by doing the things or sharing the things that i like, i could be rewarded for my role within the hive.

No conozco mucho de las hormigas o de las abejas, sé que tienen millones de años en esta tierra y los panales, nidos o colmenas son sus especialidades, también sé que son obreras y que toda su vida trabajan por el beneficio de la colmena, así que sé que ese debe ser el objetivo crucial de todo Hiver, hacer crecer la colmena.

I don't know much about ants or bees, i know they have millions of years on this earth and honeycombs, nests or hives are their specialties, i also know they are workers and all their life they work for the benefit of the hive, so i know that must be the crucial goal of every Hiver, to make the hive grow.

Entrando más en detalle sobre nuestra iniciativa.

Cuando un nuevo usuario llega a Hive, sabe cual es el primer paso que debe dar y ese es presentarse con toda la comunidad, ya después de aquí se le puede hacer fácil o difícil continuar en la red, puede ser fácil si sabe muy bien de lo que va y como funciona la red, además de que probablemente se ha preparado creando su digamoslo así "perfil mental" y lo desarrolle con total naturalidad. Pero, habrán otros que se les complicará un poco el dominar las herramientas, diseñar o encontrar las ideas para escribir constantemente.

Entonces, reflexionando un poco sobre esto, diría que el segundo paso que un Hiver debe tener en cuenta es la perseverancia, tanto para seguir posteando sin importar la remuneración, como para aprender y desarrollar sus ideas con más soltura. Yo aún me encuentro en esta segunda etapa, así que decir los demás pasos para evolucionar correctamente se me hace algo difícil, pero daré mi mejor esfuerzo describiéndolos desde mi perspectiva.

When a new user arrives to Hive, he knows what is the first step he must take and that is to introduce himself to the whole community, and after that it can be easy or difficult to continue in the network, it can be easy if he knows very well what the network is about and how it works, besides he has probably prepared himself by creating his "mental profile" and he develops it with total naturalness. But, there will be others who will find it a little complicated to master the tools, design or find the ideas to write constantly.

So, reflecting a little on this, i would say that the second step that a Hiver must take into account is perseverance, both to continue posting regardless of the remuneration, and to learn and develop their ideas with more ease. I am still in this second stage, so to say the other steps to evolve correctly is a bit difficult for me, but i will do my best to describe them from my perspective.

Pudiendo lograr una correcta adaptación en Hive, una persona podría postear un contenido de alta calidad unas 3 o 4 veces a la semana, tomando en cuenta claro su empleo, su familia y respectivos compromisos. Esta persona ha traído a su núcleo (amigos, familiares o conocidos) a Hive, maneja o es uno de los actores principales de varias comunidades. Se preocupa genuinamente de que la comunidad aprenda de Hive y se enorgullese de seguir viéndola crecer. Esta persona, ya no se preocupa tanto porque la valoren, está en un punto donde él valora con peso a los demás. Aunque sigue publicando, le intereza más leer lo que los demás tienen que decir, sugiere un tema y crea debates.

Being able to achieve a correct adaptation in Hive, a person could post a high quality content about 3 or 4 times a week, taking into account his job, his family and respective commitments. This person has brought his core (friends, family or acquaintances) to Hive, he manages or is one of the main actors of several communities. He or she genuinely cares that the community learns from Hive and takes pride in continuing to see it grow. This person, no longer as concerned about being valued, is at a point where he values others with weight. Although he continues to post, he is more interested in reading what others have to say, suggesting a topic and creating debates.

Creo que para alcanzar un estado así en la colmena, se requieren dos pasos más.

El tercer paso, diría yo la estabilidad, tal vez sea este el momento más activo del Hiver, hasta pudiéndo publicar 1 o 2 veces al día, siendo muy activo en cualquier comunidad a la que se integre. En este estado, el Hiver podría estar mucho tiempo, pero no le importaría porque ya se integró correctamente a la colmena y le gusta lo que hace aunque aún le falta conocer mejor su rol y propósito dentro de ella.

El último estado, lo llamaré la reina y es ese que describí anteriormente. Es un Hiver bastante activo, muy comprometido al punto de manejar e impulsar comunidades, tiene una tendencia a publicar pero no es agotador, desarrolla sus ideas con júbilo, paciencia y muy acertadas. Este Hiver está en la mira de muchos otros, tiene un gran trabajo, es etiquetado constantemente para recibir su aprobación y esto se puede comprobar con su voto en la publicación. Este Hiver conoce perféctamente su rol en la comunidad, sabe que para mantener motivados a los otros Hivers, debe recompenzarlos promoviendo sus post, votando en ellos y hacerlos partícipes en sus comunidades. Haciendo esto, sigue haciendo crecer a la colmena de una manera indirecta. Lo llamo la Reina por la líder a la que las hormigas y abejas se deben y cada una de estas Reinas en Hive, son el centro no necesariamente de una comunidad, sino puede ser de todo un tópico (fotografías, comida, salud, belleza, diseño, juegos...)

I believe that to reach such a state in the hive, two more steps are required.

The third step, i would say stability, maybe this is the most active moment of the Hiver, even being able to post 1 or 2 times a day, being very active in whatever community he integrates. In this state, the Hiver could be a long time, but it would not matter to him because he is already well integrated to the hive and likes what he does although he still needs to know better his role and purpose within it.

The last state, i will call it the queen and it is the one i described above. She is a fairly active Hiver, very engaged to the point of managing and driving communities, she has a tendency to post but it is not exhausting, she develops her ideas with joy, patience and very accurate. This Hiver is in the sights of many others, he has a great job, he is constantly tagged to receive their approval and this can be checked with his vote in the publication. This Hiver knows perfectly well his role in the community, he knows that to keep other Hivers motivated, he must reward them by promoting their posts, voting on them and making them participants in their communities. By doing this, he continues to grow the hive in an indirect way. I call it the Queen because of the leader to whom the ants and bees are owed and each of these Queens in Hive, are the center not necessarily of a community, but can be of a whole topic (pictures, food, health, beauty, design, games...).

Creo que 4 escalafones, es más que suficiente para valorar como debería ser la evolución de un Hiver. A un Hiver le es muy difícil alcanzar la última etapa (ser una reina) por si solo. Hay muchos que harán incontables posts y tendrán un gran poder de voto, pero esto no necesariamente los coloca en ese último estado y más si no se comprometen en hacer crecer a la colmena, que es el fín último de todo Hiver.

Lo que ayuda y debería ser el ideal de muchos, es poder crear un grupo con los mismos objetivos, con la misma visión, unirse y crear una primera comunidad y hacerla crecer hasta lo máximo y nunca dejar que decaiga, llegar al punto de no darse a basto y empezar a colaborar con otras comunidades con los mismos objetivos.

Aunque somos seres que nos gusta alcanzar metas, no debemos enfocarnos en alcanzar un último rol en la colmena, todos los niveles son importantísimos, por lo tanto, lo mejor que se puede hacer es asumir nuestro rol en la colmena y disfrutarlo como se debe y pensar siempre que mis aportaciones son importantes para el crecimiento de la colmena.

I think that 4 steps is more than enough to evaluate how the evolution of a Hiver should be. It is very difficult for a Hiver to reach the last stage (being a queen) on its own. There are many who will make countless posts and have great voting power, but this does not necessarily put them in that last stage and even more so if they are not committed to making the hive grow, which is the ultimate goal of every Hiver.

What helps and should be the ideal of many, is to be able to create a group with the same goals, with the same vision and unite, create a first community and make it grow to the maximum and never let it decline, reach the point of not being enough and start collaborating with other communities with the same goals.

Although we are beings that like to achieve goals, we should not focus on reaching a last role in the hive, all levels are very important, therefore, the best thing to do is to assume our role in the hive and enjoy it as it should be and always think that my contributions are important for the growth of the hive.
