Good evening to all the wonderful and kind beings that make life within this fascinating community called hive blog, receive a warm greeting from me, today I want to be part of this brilliant initiative created by the friends of @escuadron201, where they formulate an excellent question which is how do you think they should be the Hivers, a question which gives many things to think about. Here I leave you my participation, I hope you like it

Desde mi perspectiva de visión los Hivers deberían de ser personas amables, bondadosas, positivitas, alegres, colaboradoras, humanistas, honestas, valientes, sencibles, amigables pero sobre todo con un buen corazón capaces de ayudar a su semejantes a avanzar de la forma correcta, aportando por su puesto sus grandes recomendaciones en pro del desarollo y crecimiento de la plataforma.
En el poco tiempo que he podido compartir e interactuar con otros usuarios dentro de la plataforma me he dado cuenta que estos son unas extraordinarias personas de buenos sentimientos y buen corazón que ayudan a las personas que se están iniciando dentro de este bello arte, el cual es muy lindo; ya que aquí estos nuevos miembros tienen la oportunidad de crear contenidos educativos, deportivos, recetarios entre otros muy importantes y de gran relevancia. Para este ser que soy yo los Hivers deberían de ser también críticos, analíticos y objetivos al momento de leer, votar y comentar cualquier post, de manera que a través de sus sugerencias logren ayudar a todos los usuarios a saber como lo están haciendo si lo están haciendo bien o mal y puedan mejorar más.
Un Hivers es un patrón, ejemplo o modelo a seguir por muchos; ya que es el encargado de impartir una enseñanza logrando que el aprendizaje llegue a los demás en óptimas condiciones , para que de esta manera este lo ponga en práctica en sus futuras producciones y no cometa los mismos errores de las publicaciones anteriores, y de forma tendrá la oportunidad de brillar con una excelente temática. Recalcandoles que cuando comenzamos un proyecto podemos tener cualquier tipo de tropiezos los cuales tenemos que solventar para seguir adelante con nuestro talento, es verdaderamente sorprendente contar con maestros eficaces, humanos y carismáticos como ustedes los Hivers, que se preocupen por nuestro bienestar social y emocional, porque de esta manera podemos progresar cada día más y la comunidad crecería a pasos exorbitantes de manera que la familia hive sería como los números infinitos.
What do you think Hivers should be like?
From my perspective of vision, Hivers should be kind, caring, positive, cheerful, collaborative, humanistic, honest, brave, sensitive, friendly people, but above all with a good heart capable of helping their peers to advance in the right way, contributing of course their great recommendations for the development and growth of the platform.
In the short time that I have been able to share and interact with other users within the platform I have realized that these are extraordinary people of good feelings and good heart that help people who are starting in this beautiful art, which is very nice, because here these new members have the opportunity to create educational content, sports, recipes among other very important and highly relevant. For this being that I am the Hivers should also be critical, analytical and objective when reading, voting and commenting on any post, so that through their suggestions they can help all users to know how they are doing if they are doing well or poorly and can improve more.
A Hivers is a pattern, example or model to be followed by many; since it is the one in charge of imparting a teaching making the learning reach the others in optimal conditions, so that in this way they can put it into practice in their future productions and not make the same mistakes of the previous publications, and in this way they will have the opportunity to shine with an excellent theme. Stressing that when we start a project we can have any kind of setbacks which we have to solve to move forward with our talent, it is truly amazing to have effective, human and charismatic teachers like you the Hivers, who care about our social and emotional welfare, because in this way we can progress every day and the community would grow to exorbitant steps so that the hive family would be like infinite numbers.

Yo pienso que cada día que pasa evolucionamos porque avanzamos rápidamente de un nivel a otro esto es verdadreramente valioso; ya que cuando comence mi participación dentro de este mundo tenía muchas interrogantes tales como: ¿Será que lo hare bien? ¿Les gustará a los demás lo que escribo? y muchas otras interrogantes las cuales hacían un gran eco en mi mente. Es importante señalar que para tener una buena evolución debemos de aceptar todos los comentarios sean (buenos o malos), no necesariamente todo será bueno o malo, estamos para aprender y escuchar con claridad las sugerencias necesarias para encaminarnos por el camino correcto al cual anhelamos llegar algún día.
A través de nuestro transitar por la vida nos damos cuenta que todo es un proceso de evolución en donde debemos de ser una esponja para así poder absorver todo lo bueno que necesitamos para fortalecer y hacer crecer los contenidos y ser reconocidos en cualquier sitio del mundo.
En este camino de evolución uno de los canales que considero un excelente medio de evolución es el canal de @threespeak; ya que es un medio audiovisal innovador y creativo donde podemos plasmar audiovisualmente nuestro contenido de una forma rápida y sencilla siendo puntuales en lo que queremos transmitir y expresar para que el mensaje llegue velosmente a donde queremos que llegue una gran alternativa de visión y futuro la cual podras apreciar en el momento y lugar donde te encuentres actualmente a través de los diferentes canales de comunicación, los cuales han echo que la vida sea más placentera, amena y cómoda, pero eso si dandole a estos canales de comunicación el uso adecuado y correcto que este debe tener.
How do you think Hivers should evolve?
I think that every day that passes we evolve because we advance rapidly from one level to another, this is really valuable, because when I started my participation in this world I had many questions such as: Will I do well? Will others like what I write? and many other questions which echoed in my mind. It is important to point out that in order to have a good evolution we must accept all comments (good or bad), not necessarily everything will be good or bad, we are here to learn and listen clearly to the necessary suggestions in order to follow the right path to which we wish to arrive someday.
Through our journey through life we realize that everything is a process of evolution where we must be a sponge in order to absorb all the good we need to strengthen and grow the contents and be recognized anywhere in the world.
In this path of evolution, one of the channels that I consider an excellent means of evolution is the @threespeak channel; since it is an innovative and creative audiovisual media where we can capture our content in a fast and simple way being punctual in what we want to transmit and express so that the message reaches where we want it to reach a great alternative of vision and future which you can appreciate at the time and place where you are now through the different communication channels, which have made life more pleasant, enjoyable and comfortable, but that if giving these communication channels the proper and correct use that this should have.
