¡Hola! Mi nombre es Claudimar, muchos me dicen Clau, por cariño y por ser más corto de pronunciar, como más les guste, es un placer.
Soy venezolana, nací en la ciudad de Rubio, estado Táchira, ubicada en los Andes Venezolanos. Mi niñez la viví en un pueblito llamado Delicias, el cual se ubica sobre la frontera entre Venezuela y Colombia. Allí, en ese pequeño pueblo, encontramos personas trabajadoras, humildes y muy serviciales; su clima frío de montaña y sus hermosos paisajes la convierten en un lugar mágico.
Crecí en una finca hermosa donde se cultivaban melocotones, fresas, había cultivos de hortalizas, la faena del ordeño de las vacas y elaboración de quesos era nuestro día a día. Allí vivía con mis padres y hermanos (somos 3, yo soy la menor). De allí nació mi amor, pasión, conexión y respeto hacia la naturaleza, los animales y por la alimentación natural/real.
Mi padre siempre ha sido un apasionado por la siembra, hasta el sol del día, gracias a Dios muy activo, ¡imparable!
Por otro lado, mi madre y mi abuela, 2 mujeres valientes, luchadoras, incansables, con una energía super bonita, son un amor. Desde siempre me han inculcado el valor de la constancia, de la perseverancia, del trabajo continuo para poder obtener resultados. En la cocina son las mejores, como ellas dicen "Todo hecho con amor, queda mejor"
Al transcurrir el tiempo, la necesidad académica nos hizo mudarnos a la ciudad de Rubio, a fin de cursar nuestros estudios de secundaria o bachillerato. Por suerte, nuestra finca estaba a sólo 1 hora.
Mi trayectoria académica me llevo a cursar estudios en el instituto de tecnología los Andes en la carrera de Enfermería, profesión que Amo. Al poco tiempo de graduarnos, enviaron un comunicado al instituto haciendo la petición de personal en el área de enfermería para laborar en la Isla de Margarita, la cual se encuentra ubicada en Venezuela, Estado Nueva Esparta.
Para ese momento me encontraba cubriendo unas vacaciones a una colega en el hospital militar. Al finalizar, sin pensarlo, con el pago monetario que recibí en el hospital, cancelé el pasaje aéreo e inicié mi aventura en la Isla de Margarita.
En la isla continué mis estudios en licenciatura en enfermería, luego especialización en bancos de sangre, y en el trabajo conocí al amor de mi vida, médico especialista en el área de cuidados intensivos, amante también de los animales y la naturaleza
Tenemos 2 hijos. Arturo y César. Que son nuestros mayores tesoros. Arturo tiene 13 años, adora el karate, desde los 5 añitos inició esta disciplina, ya es cinta azul y pertenece al equipo de competición del Estado. César tiene 11 años, es el chiquitín de la familia, desde hace 2 años descubrió el mundo del ajedrez, disciplina que le encanta y se adapta mucho con su personalidad pausada, analítica y tranquila. Estamos muy orgullos, ya que quedó campeón del Estado y seleccionado para competir en el Nacional próximamente.
Ya con la visión de familia me llamó la atención la elaboración de postres caseros, para nuestros hijos, esencialmente para ofrecerles meriendas deliciosas y libre de los productos mega procesados que existen hoy en día. Seguidamente amigos y familiares me motivaron a vender mis postres al público, de allí nace @profiterolmgta cuyo eslogan es "pasión por el cacao". Allí realizó postres bajo pedido de acuerdo con las particularidades de cada cliente y garantizo la frescura y calidad de los productos.
En el año 2014, durante la crisis en Venezuela no se encontraban productos básicos, razón por la cual decidimos comprar 2 cabras para su cría y obtención de leche y sus derivados. Se los juro que esas cabritas nos ayudaron en esos tiempos difíciles. Ya con el transcurrir del tiempo nos gustó su crianza, son animales demasiado bellos, inteligentes y muy dóciles, además queríamos mantener nuestro objetivo de alimentación natural/real.
Poco a poco nuestros allegados fueron probando nuestros productos quedando fascinados. Es así como nace: "Lácteos, La Cabrera", emprendimiento que tenemos actualmente, donde cada día nos esforzamos para ofrecer la mejor calidad, crecer, aprender y contribuir a mejorar la calidad de vida y salud de las personas.
¿Se preguntarán cómo llegué a Hive?
Quiero darle un agradecimiento profundo a mi amiga de años, nuestros hijos estudian juntos desde preescolar hasta la actualidad, con quien he compartido muchas vivencias relacionadas con la maternidad, @rlathulerie, quién con mucha dedicación y entusiasmo me explicó el maravilloso mundo de Hive.
Mi propósito en Hive, es desarrollar amistades, intercambiar información, vivencias, experiencias, crear lazos únicos y perdurables y aportar mi granito de arena para un mejor mundo.
En mi blog encontrarás mi día a día, mi pasión por la vida saludable, nutrición, ejercicios, recetas, animales, moda, sitios turísticos y muchos más. Estoy segura de que será un espacio genial que disfrutaremos.

Hello! My name is Claudimar, many call me Clau, out of affection and for being shorter to pronounce, as you like, it's a pleasure.
I am Venezuelan, I was born in the city of Rubio, Táchira state, located in the Venezuelan Andes. My childhood was spent in a small town called Delicias, which is located on the border between Venezuela and Colombia. There, in that small town, we found hard-working, humble and very helpful people; its cold mountain climate and beautiful landscapes make it a magical place.
I grew up in a beautiful farm where peaches and strawberries were grown, there were vegetable crops, the work of milking cows and making cheese was our daily life. I lived there with my parents and siblings (there are 3 of us, I am the youngest). From there my love, passion, connection and respect for nature, animals and natural / real food was born.
My father has always been passionate about planting, even the sun of the day, thank God very active, unparalleled!
On the other hand, my mother and my grandmother, 2 brave women, fighters, tireless, with a super nice energy, they are a love. They have always instilled in me the value of constancy, perseverance, and continuous work in order to obtain results. In the kitchen they are the best, as they say "Everything made with love, is better".
As time went by, the academic necessity made us move to the city of Rubio, in order to pursue our secondary or high school studies. Luckily, our farm was only 1 hour away.
My academic career led me to study nursing at the Andes Institute of Technology, a profession that I love. Shortly after graduating, they sent a communication to the institute asking for personnel in the nursing area to work in Margarita Island, which is located in Venezuela, Nueva Esparta State.
At that time I was covering a vacation for a colleague at the military hospital. At the end, without thinking about it, with the monetary payment I received at the hospital, I canceled the air ticket and began my adventure in Margarita Island.
In Margarita Island I continued my studies in nursing degree, then specialization in blood banks. At work I met the love of my life, a doctor specialized in the area of intensive care, also an animal and nature lover.
We have 2 children. Arturo and Cesar. They are our greatest treasures. Arturo is 13 years old, he loves karate, since he was 5 years old he started this discipline, he is already a blue belt and belongs to the State competition team. César is 11 years old, he is the youngest of the family, since 2 years ago he discovered the world of chess, discipline that he loves and adapts very much with his slow, analytical and calm personality. We are very proud of him, since he became State Champion and was selected to compete in the National Championship in the near future.
Already with the vision of family, the elaboration of homemade desserts called my attention, for our children, essentially to offer them delicious snacks and free of mega processed products that exist today. Then friends and family motivated me to sell my desserts to the public, from there was born @profiterolmgta whose slogan is "passion for cocoa".There she made desserts to order according to the particularities of each client and guaranteed the freshness and quality of the products.
In 2014, during the crisis in Venezuela there were no basic products, so we decided to buy 2 goats for breeding and obtaining milk and its derivatives. I swear to you that those goats helped us in those difficult times. As time went by we liked their breeding, they are very beautiful, intelligent and very docile animals, besides we wanted to maintain our objective of natural / real food.
Little by little our friends and relatives were trying our products and were fascinated. That is how "Dairy, La Cabrera" was born, an enterprise that we currently have, where every day we strive to offer the best quality, grow, learn and contribute to improve the quality of life and health of people.
You may wonder how I came to Hive?
I want to give a deep gratitude to my friend of years, our children study together since preschool until today with whom I have shared many experiences related to motherhood @rlathulerie. Who with a lot of dedication and enthusiasm explained to me the wonderful world of Hive.
My purpose in Hive is to develop friendships, exchange information, experiences, create unique and lasting bonds and contribute my bit for a better world.
