Essa é minha entrada para o Social Media Challenge Rabona e essa semana eu gostaria de falar um pouco sobre meu desempenho na temporada passada!
Recentemente eu adotei uma estratégia para economizar recursos e priorizar a evolução das minhas construções e pra isso acontecer precisei abrir mão de jogadores que tivessem um salário alto para meu orçamento. Então para isso acontecer eu comecei a priorizar jogadores da base pois seus salários são bem baixos, 400 RBN por partida para ser mais preciso. Mas não se engane, jogar com a maioria de meus jogadores recém formados me deram um resultado excepcional na liga 3, conseguimos ganhar essa temporada invictos!
Sinceramente, esse resultado me surpreendeu. Ganhar esse campeonato estava nos meus planos mas não imaginei que poderia ser invicto. Foram apenas 1 empate e 29 vitórias!
Ter ganho esse campeonato dessa maneira não quer dizer que foi fácil, a disputa pelo primeiro lugar foi acirrada até o último jogo e qualquer deslize por qualquer um dos times que estavam na ponta da tabela poderia mudar completamente o rumo dessa história. Todos os jogos foram uma luta a parte e muito bem equilibrado, minha média de gols por partida foi de 1,9 que não é algo ruim mas a maior diferença de gols foi apenas 2x0.
Foi um campeonato incrível e é sempre bom ter um resultado desses mas não foi a primeira vez, na temporada 67 também consegui esse feito. Porém na temporada 67 eu tive 6 empates o que torna essa nova conquista meu melhor desempenho, para superar isso é só ganhando todas as partidas ou ter algo parecido nas ligas superiores.
Eu consegui permanecer por algum tempo na liga 2 depois de ter subido para essa divisão pela primeira vez, mas confesso que ainda não estava preparado o suficiente para ser competitivo por lá, mas dessa vez vou tentar fazer um trabalho melhor e ir me habituando com times mais fortes. Administrar um time com a maior fatia de jogadores recém formados e ser competitivo pode ser um grande desafio, espero estar preparado para isso!
Como mencionei, estou priorizando minha saúde financeira e economizar para melhorar as estruturas é o que estou fazendo. Esse investimento pode ser muito importante para que o clube possa ser auto sustentável no futuro e quando isso acontecer melhores investimentos em bons jogadores vão fazer desse clube um lugar mais próspero e muito mais competitivo.
Melhorar o estádio para que possa suportar mais torcedores é o primeiro passo, uma das melhores opções para que entre dinheiro no caixa vem dessa ação. Fazer um upgrade no estádio é algo demorado e custoso então isso demanda planejamento. Pensar em administrar um clube é como administrar uma empresa, precisa fazer um revisão, ver oque pode ser melhorado, cortar gastos e potencializar os ganhos.

Ainda estou longe de chegar no nível que vai me deixar confortável e satisfeito mas eu tenho paciência e em algum momento essa isso vai acontecer e essa vai ser a hora de conquistar maiores feitos que estão sendo conseguidos agora.

This is my entry for the Social Media Challenge Rabona and this week I'd like to talk a little bit about my performance last season!
I recently adopted a strategy to save resources and prioritize the evolution of my buildings and for that to happen I had to give up players who had a high salary for my budget. So for that to happen I started prioritizing base players because their salaries are very low, 400 RBN per game to be more precise. But make no mistake, playing with most of my newly formed players gave me an exceptional result in the league 3, we managed to win this season undefeated!
Honestly, this result surprised me. Winning that championship was in my plans but I didn't imagine I could be undefeated. There were only 1 draw and 29 wins!
Having won this championship this way does not mean that it was easy, the dispute for first place was fierce until the last game and any slip by any of the teams that were at the hight of the table could completely change the course of this story. All games were a separate fight and very well balanced, my average of goals per game was 1.9 which is not a bad thing but the biggest difference in goals was only 2x0.
It was an incredible championship and it's always good to have a result like that but it wasn't the first time, in season 67 I also achieved this feat. But in season 67 I had 6 draws which makes this new achievement my best performance, to overcome that is just winning all the matches or having something similar in the higher leagues.
I managed to stay for some time in league 2 after moving up to this division for the first time, but I confess that I was not prepared enough to be competitive there, but this time I will try to do a better job and get used to teams. stronger. Managing a team with the largest share of newly formed players and being competitive can be a great challenge, I hope I'm prepared for that!
As I mentioned, I'm prioritizing my financial health and saving to improve structures is what I'm doing. This investment can be very important for the club to be self-sustainable in the future and when that happens better investments in good players will make this club a more prosperous and much more competitive place.
Improving the stadium so that it can support more fans is the first step, one of the best options for getting money into the cashier comes from this action. Upgrading the stadium is time consuming and expensive so it takes planning. Thinking about managing a club is like managing a company, you need to review it, see what can be improved, cut expenses and maximize gains.
