Olá treinadores, sejam bem vindos de volta!
Mais uma semana se passou e está na hora de falar um pouco como esta o andamento do meu clube na temporada 79!
Nessa temporada eu dei uma reformulada no meu time e trouxe alguns jogadores da base através dos Scouts, não tivemos nenhum jogador espetacular mas eu fiz questão de ter um pouco mais de opções em meu time para poder escalar na hora do jogo. Ter mais opções no banco me possibilita fazer alguns testes de formação ou até mesmo arriscar algo diferente do que venho fazendo. É bom poder opções.
Nessa temporada eu estou jogando na liga 2 e o meio da tabela se tornou o meu lugar, não estou tendo resultados ruins mas também não estou com resultados excepcionais. Preciso me segurar na liga 2 por mais tempo que eu conseguir e lutar para não cair é meu objetivo. Não tenho grandes pretensões de subir para liga 1 por enquanto, não tenho condições financeiras de manter um time de qualidade muito alta sem ferir o caixa do clube.
Nesse momento eu estou com 10 vitórias, 6 empates e 11 derrotas, um desempenho mediano.
Minha estratégia ainda continua em melhorar minhas construções para que eu consiga arrecadar mais grana e tornar um clube sustentável por si só e a parte financeira é prioridade para que seja saudável.
A cada evolução nas minhas construções a seguinte fica mais cara e mais demorada para concluir, mas essa é a melhor maneira de investir no clube pois acredito que se minhas construções estão evoluídas o retorna acaba sendo melhor. Além do estádio que é uma das melhores formas de arrecadar receita para o clube, a construção que é o meu foco no momento é Youth Academy que permite que eu consiga ter melhores jogadores da base. Essa é uma das partes mais importantes para que eu consiga bons jogadores com pouco investimento, se consigo bons jogadores minha performance melhora dentro das competições.

Another week has passed and it's time to talk a little about how my club is doing in season 79!
This season I gave my team a revamp and brought in some players from the base through the Scouts, we didn't have any spectacular players but I made sure to have a little more options on my team to be able to scale at game time. Having more options in the bank allows me to do some training tests or even risk something different from what I've been doing. It's nice to have options.
This season I'm playing in league 2 and the middle of the table has become my place, I'm not having bad results but I'm not having exceptional results either. I need to hold on in league 2 as long as I can and fighting not to fall is my goal. I don't have great intentions of going up to league 1 for now, I don't have the financial conditions to keep a very high quality team without hurting the club's cash.
At the moment I have 10 wins, 6 draws and 11 losses, an average performance.
My strategy still continues to improve my buildings so that I can raise more money and make a sustainable club by itself and the financial part is a priority for it to be healthy.
With each evolution in my buildings, the next one gets more expensive and takes longer to complete, but this is the best way to invest in the club because I believe that if my buildings are evolved, the return ends up being better. In addition to the stadium, which is one of the best ways to raise revenue for the club, the construction that is my focus at the moment is Youth Academy, which allows me to get better players from the base. This is one of the most important parts for me to get good players with little investment, if I get good players my performance improves in competitions.
