Nankatsu FC is Undefeated, Here is What I did earlier...

Hello fellow managers!

Early this season my team was undefeated for several matches so far. as the managers seeing my team good progress really makes me happy. before reaching at this point there are several thing I did, as a fellow manager I want share this to the Rabona community. I also hope you can share your experience in the comment below of how to make our team better.

1. Scouting and Youth Academy

The first thing that I wanna talk about is Scouting system and youth academy building in the game. Scout in the game will costs us 20k RBN to get 1 low salary players with good stats, however the player stats we get is random. To get the best chance we should upgrade the Youth Academy. As for me, my academy is at level 6 and give 42% efficiency ratio (+12% from level 1) whenever I scouted for a new players. At 38-42% efficiency ratio scouting got me 6 players in the team that has good stats right now from 23x scouting. A good player will bring a good result 😉.

2. Training

Since we already had good players, we want train them on several low stats they have. Training can only be done in V1 interface currently. There are 13 types of training that can be done and only one type at a time for the entire players, so choose wisely on this. These are my training so far :

• Formation 4-2-3-1 (5x)
  I did 5 times of this training and get most of my players at 40 points. Every formation has individual strength and weaknesses against other formations. however we still dunno how far this effect the players in-game. The 4-2-3-1 formation itself gives advantages to the default 4-3-3 formation and people and computer will tends to use this formation. Also this formation has few weaknesses toward others formation

• Dribble (2x)
  After analyze every lost matches my team has gone through, in the overview summary I found that my team having few succesful dribble. I thought when a players succesfully doing dribble it will give opprtunity to build an attacks and prob. will create a goal for us. So, I did 2 times of dribble training to all my team players excepts the goalkeeper.

• Endurance (8x)
  According to the guides endurances works like this, Players get exhausted during the match, their stats thus weaken temporarily. The higher the endurance of a player, the lower is this effect. I don't want my players got weaken in every stats, so I did 8 times endurance training to my team.

3. Training center

Having profitable and high winrates team is a dream for every football manager. ironically these two things are opposite, sometimes when you want a high winrates teams it requires high cost as well. In the game we have training center that gives home match advantage to our team. but it comes with a high operating cost that will be paid for every matches we did, not only count for home but also for away matches. My team already build a level 4 training center and I guess we are going to stick a while for this to see if it is profitable or not to our team financial.
