Hoy en día son muy demandados los tratamientos a base de productos naturales, los mismos suelen ser más económicos y aportan muchos beneficiosos para la piel por sus nutrientes. Es por ello, que hoy quiero hablarles de una mascarilla exfoliante a base de clara de huevo y polvo de la cascara del mismo. Para muchas personas la cáscara de huevo es un desperdicio. Sin embargo, la misma puede ser utilizada para la piel, para fortalecer las uñas, los huesos, para manualidades, como fertilizante, entre otros. Las cáscaras de huevo son muy ricas en calcio, además, por su estructura son buenas exfoliantes, también cuentan con otra cantidad de componentes como el hierro, magnesio, zinc, vitaminas, proteínas y es antioxidantes que aportan grandes beneficios al cuidado de la piel. Adicional a esto cuenta con propiedades blanqueadora, por lo tanto, ayuda a reducir o atenuar manchas en el rostro. Así mismo, es humectante, hidrata la piel seca y hace que luzca con una mejor apariencia. A continuación, les presento el paso a paso para realizar esta mascarilla casera. ¡Vamos a comenzar!
Hello to all the Hive community. Nowadays, treatments based on natural products are highly demanded, they are usually cheaper and provide many benefits to the skin due to their nutrients. That is why today I want to talk to you about an exfoliating mask based on egg white and egg shell powder. For many people the eggshell is a waste. However, it can be used for skin, to strengthen nails, bones, for crafts, as a fertilizer, among others. Eggshells are very rich in calcium, in addition, due to their structure they are good exfoliants, they also have a number of other components such as iron, magnesium, zinc, vitamins, proteins and antioxidants that provide great benefits to skin care. In addition to this, it has whitening properties, therefore, it helps reduce or attenuate spots on the face. Likewise, it is moisturizing, hydrates dry skin and makes it look better. Next, I present the step by step to make this homemade mask. Let's get started!
IIngredientes y utensilio:
•10 cáscaras de huevo
•3 cucharadas de bicarbonato de sodio
•½ taza de vinagre
•Zumo de ½ limón
•1 litro de agua
•Detergente líquido
•La clara de 1 huevo
•1 frasco de vidrio
Ingredients and utensil:
• 10 egg shells
• 3 tablespoons of baking soda
• ½ cup of vinegar
• Juice of ½ lemon
•1 liter of water
•Liquid detergent
• The white of 1 egg
• 1 glass jar
Paso 1:
Para hacer el polvo de cáscara de huevo, primero colócalos en un bol grande y agrégale el litro de agua. Seguidamente colócale unas gotitas de detergente líquido, 3 cucharadas grandes de bicarbonato de sodio, 1/2 taza de vinagre y el zumo de 1/2 limón. Deja reposar por 10 minutos.
Step 1:
To make the eggshell powder, first place them in a large bowl and add the liter of water. Next, add a few drops of liquid detergent, 3 large tablespoons of baking soda, 1/2 cup of vinegar and the juice of 1/2 lemon. Let stand for 10 minutes.
Paso 2:
Enjuaga bien con tus manos las cáscaras de huevos, retira la clara que queda pegada, con el fin de quitarles las bacterias. No retires la membrana que es la capita delgada que tiene por dentro, ya que, la misma contiene componentes beneficiosos como: colágeno, elastina y ácido hialurónico, entre otros. Retira el líquido con agua fría hasta tener las cáscaras limpias, luego colócalas en un colador y déjalas escurrir.
Step 2:
Rinse the eggshells well with your hands, remove the white that is stuck, in order to remove the bacteria. Do not remove the membrane that is the thin cap that it has inside, since it contains beneficial components such as: collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid, among others. Remove the liquid with cold water until the shells are clean, then place them in a colander and let them drain.
Paso 3:
Una vez secas coloca todas las cáscaras de huevo en una bandeja, distribúyelas bien y mételas al horno, a unos 180 ºC durante 5 minutos. Realizando este proceso las cáscaras secarán por completo y eliminará todas las bacterias que puedan contener las mismas.
Step 3:
Once dry, place all the eggshells on a tray, distribute them well and put them in the oven at about 180ºC for 5 minutes. Carrying out this process will dry the shells completely and eliminate all the bacteria that they may contain.
Paso 4:
Una vez que las cáscaras estén tostadas, colócalas en un tazón y aplástalas con una macilla de madera para trozarlas lo más que se pueda, luego pásalas por un procesador con el fin que queden lo más molidas posible y finalmente, cuélala para si obtener el polvo. Coloca el polvo en un frasco de vidrio previamente esterilizado.
Step 4:
Once the shells are toasted, place them in a bowl and crush them with a wooden mallet to chop them as much as possible, then pass them through a processor so that they are as ground as possible and finally, strain it to obtain the powder. Place the powder in a previously sterilized glass jar.
Paso 5:
Agrega una cucharadita del polvo a la clara de huevo, luego remuévelo con una cucharilla.
Step 5:
Add a teaspoon of the powder to the egg white, then stir it in with a teaspoon.
Paso 6:
Lava tu cara antes de la aplicación de la mascarilla mientras más limpia esté la piel, más nutrientes se absorberán por los poros.
Step 6:
Wash your face before applying the mask, the cleaner the skin, the more nutrients will be absorbed through the pores.
Paso 7:
Extiende una fina capa de mascarilla sobre el rostro con las manos (estas deben estar bien limpias) evitando la zona de los ojos y la boca. Déjala actuar durante cinco minutos, luego acaba masajeando en forma de círculos para eliminar las células muertas. Por último, retírala con agua fría.
Step 7:
Spread a thin layer of mask on the face with your hands (these must be very clean) avoiding the eye and mouth area. Leave it on for five minutes, then just massage in circles to remove dead cells. Finally, remove it with cold water.
Esta mascarilla exfoliante con cáscaras de huevo me ha encantado sirve de tensor facial, puedes aplicarla una o dos veces por semana, una vez la retiras la piel queda limpia muy suave y brillante. Como puedes observar, el huevo se puede utilizar completamente. Te animo a que aproveches todo su potencial.
Cabe destacar, que como todas las pieles son diferentes y necesitan cuidados especiales puedes consultar con un especialista antes de aplicarlo.
I have loved this exfoliating mask with eggshells, it works as a facial tightener, you can apply it once or twice a week, once you remove it the skin is clean, very soft and shiny. As you can see, the egg can be fully used. I encourage you to take advantage of its full potential.
