Now, let's get right into what I want to share with you.
As we already know, cleansing our face should be a necessary and mandatory task every day, a habit that our body deeply appreciates and that is especially noticeable on the skin of the face.
In many posts made in this community, we can read the skin care routines that are shared here and that serve us to take note of new products that we can try, according to the reviews that are made of them.
I myself have shared the routine that I take to keep my skin cared for, well hydrated and looking healthy and fresh.
The care I give my skin starts with facial cleansing, it is paramount to prepare the face with a good cleansing so that it receives the other products so that they do the effects they offer.
For many years, I think since I was a teenager, I have been cleansing my face with bar soap. In Venezuela, I used the well-known Sánalo. It was my favorite soap because I felt that it cleaned my face in depth, because it is antibacterial, it eliminated oil and left my face very fresh.
When I came to Colombia, I brought a few bars of my Sánalo soap with me so I wouldn't run out of the first step of my skin care. But, after eight months I ran out. So I went out to look for it here in Bogota and I couldn't find it. I had no choice but to buy a different one.
In my exhaustive search, I found this bar of soap from Neutrógena that I am using now and I will leave you the characteristics and my experience with its use.
Ahora sí, a continuación, vamos a entrar de lleno en lo que quiero compartir con ustedes.
Como sabemos ya, la limpieza de nuestro rostro debe ser una tarea necesaria y obligatoria de todos los días, un hábito de esos que nuestro cuerpo agradece profundamente y que se nota, sobre todo, en la piel de la cara.
En muchas publicaciones hechas en esta comunidad, podemos leer las rutinas de skin care que se comparten aquí y que nos sirven para tomar nota de productos nuevos que podemos probar, según las reseñas que se hacen de ellos.
Yo misma he compartido la rutina que llevo para mantener mi piel cuidada, bien hidratada y que se vea sana y fresca.
Los cuidados que le doy a mi piel comienzan con la limpieza facial, es primordial preparar el rostro con una buena limpieza para que reciba los demás productos de modo que hagan los efectos que ofrecen.
Desde hace muchos años, creo que desde que era una adolescente, me he hecho la limpieza facial con jabón en barra. En Venezuela, usaba el conocido Sánalo. Era mi jabón favorito porque sentía que me limpiaba el rostro a profundidad, pues, además, es antibacterial, me eliminaba la grasa dejando mi cara muy fresca.
Cuando me vine para Colombia, me traje unas cuantas barras de mi jabón Sánalo para tener a mano y no quedarme sin el primer paso de mi skin care. Pero, ya pasados ocho meses se me acabaron. Así que salir a buscarlo aquí en Bogotá y no lo encontré. No me quedó otra opción que comprar uno diferente.
En mi búsqueda exhaustiva, me encontré con esta barra de jabón de Neutrógena que estoy usando ahora y que les dejaré las características y mi experiencia con su uso.

Since I've been using this Neutrogena soap I've felt my skin, besides clean, very soft. However, I have it in a trial period because it is for oily skin and, lately, I have seen that the skin on my face has changed a little.
I think it may be because of the cold, it doesn't feel as oily as before, on the contrary, sometimes I've felt a little dry and as if it was peeling.
I like that this soap has glycerin in its formula, which makes the cleansing deep down to the pores, so my face feels very fresh. Also, I have felt my face matified and, the best thing is that it has the property of eliminating the bacteria that cause the annoying pimples and pimples.
On the box where the soap comes, you can read that it is dermatologically tested, that it does not contain parabens, oil or alcohol. This gives me peace of mind because since it is the first one I am using, I feel confident that it will not give me any kind of allergy.
I've been using this Neutrogena bar soap to replace my regular Sanalo soap, and so far it's been working great. But, I'm still looking for my soap because as the song says custom is stronger than love.
If I don't get it, then this will be a definite option to cleanse my facial skin daily.
Desde que estoy usando este jabón de Neutrógena he sentido mi piel, además de limpia, muy suave. Sin embargo, lo tengo en un periodo de prueba porque es para piel grasa y, últimamente, he visto que la piel de mi cara ha cambiado un poco.
Pienso que puede ser por el frío, ya no la siento tan grasosa como antes, al contrario, a veces, he sentido un poco de sequedad y como si se me estuviera pelando.
De este jabón me gusta que en su fórmula tiene glicerina, lo cual hace que la limpieza sea profunda hasta los poros, por eso siento mi cara muy fresca. También, he sentido mi cara matificada y, lo mejor, es que tiene la propiedad de eliminar las bacterias que causan las molestas espinillas y granitos.
En la cajita donde viene el jabón, se puede leer que está dermatológicamente testado, que no contiene parabenos, aceite ni alcohol. Esto me da tranquilidad porque al ser el primero que estoy usando, siento confianza en que no me va a dar ningún tipo de alergia.
He estado usando este jabón en barra de Neutrógena para suplir mi jabón Sánalo de siempre, y hasta ahora me ha ido muy bien. Pero, todavía sigo buscando mi jabón porque como dice la canción la costumbre es más fuerte que el amor.
Si no lo consigo, entonces esta será una opción definitiva para limpiar diariamente la piel de mi cara.
