It was very quick and easy. Basically you just unfold it, position mats and foot heater, add the folding chair and clip front bracing bar inside.
It is also easy to fold up and store in the sturdy cardboard box in which it came, so no problem taking it with me to #Atmanna, my #Bulgaria'n residence / part time retreat centre.
i think this was a much better buy than the Relax FIR sauna which i bought (for more than triple the price) about eleven years ago when i was in Mexico. 
Using an FIR sauna
Add a towel to the chair, sit inside, zip up, set temperature and timer and Bob's your uncle!
The temperature ranges from 35-75°c and timer from 10-90 minutes. Bearing in mind the tips above, and that i have some chemical burns on my legs due to using too much DMSO and too often in a Healing Mineral Bath, i chose to set at 50° for 20 minutes for the first use.
i played some healing mantra music and burned some Mag Champa incense and sang along/meditated whilst inside. i barely sweated at that fairly low temperature, but the benefits of FIR sauna go way beyond just sweating (which expels toxins). i am happy and relaxed after first use. i think i'll have another sauna at 55° for 25 minutes before bed, as it's particularly good for healing from scabies it seems.

i think this particular (portable) sauna is very good and i highly recommend. i bought it from ebay in the UK for £239 including delivery.
