Sin duda, la lectura es el método más eficaz para adquirir conocimientos, por lo que es una de las habilidades más útiles que se pueden adquirir. Por ello, los libros de autoayuda son fundamentales, ya que es un ejercicio esencial para nuestro desarrollo intelectual y personal.
