Is Kamala Harris possessed by the spirit of Donald Trump?

US Vice President Kamala Harris recently traveled to Guatemala to speak with the leadership there about many issues but principally migration from the Latin America into the US. With the crisis on the border, she obviously is trying to curb the migrant flow. And the message she communicated was clear: "Do not come! You are not welcome!"

I am not judging the validity of this position. Not at this point. I would just like to point out how far this position has shifted from the idea that the Biden campaign was communicating - specifically, rejection of the Trump policy on the matter and an introduction of some sort of a softer policy.

But that is not what VP Harris is currently communicating. And the silence of the administration failing to acknowledge their effective reversal to the Trump policy, as well as that of the open border advocates who protested so vocally during the Trump years, is definitely deafening.
