Howdy to all friends of Hive and of SWC, my name is José Mota @whoismota, today I bring you a set of exercises focused mainly on the back that you can add or use in your routines.
Son ejercicios variados de diferentes dificultades para que así puedas utilizarlos o agregarlos en tus rutinas. Sin más que decir los dejo con el vídeo.
As I already mentioned these exercises are focused on training the back, of course it is not the only muscle that is trained however it is the one I want to focus on.
They are varied exercises of different difficulties so you can use them or add them to your routines. Without further ado, I leave you with the video.
