SWC Hoy es un placer compartir con ustedes un momento de combos de Estáticos en Paralelas que realicé el día de ayer junto a mi compañero de Entrenamiento @aestrals, la verdad tenía bastante tiempo sin verlo, sin compartir y sin tener un momento de estáticos como éstos, fue un momento muy agradable hasta que la lluvia nos correteó del parque jajaj... sin más que agregar, los dejo con el video ¡Espero les guste!Greetings Hivers and

¡Muy bien! Cómo pudieron apreciar en el video tanto mi compañero y yo realizamos movimientos estáticos tales como el Front Lever, la Straddle Plancha, Handstand, entre otros. La verdad tenía tiempo sin hacer combos en paralelas por lo que este fue un gran momento para mí, sin más que añadir... ¡Espero que les haya sido de su agrado! Very good! As you could see in the video both my partner and I performed static movements such as the Front Lever, the Straddle Planch, Handstand, among others.
