Ayer 9 de septiembre me sorprendí al ver a todos mis compañeros del parque, al verlos sentí la emoción y de inmediato comenzamos a realizar combos Estáticos en las minis paralelas. SWC. I'm @rousbertsw99. Today I will share a series of pictures together with my teammates in "Las Ballenitas". Yesterday, September 9th, I was surprised to see all my colleagues from the park, when I saw them I felt the excitement and immediately we started to perform Static combos in the parallel minis. We performed Plancha movements, such as the Straddle Planch and the Full Planch, Handstand, Handstand with one hand, in combinations or transitions.
Me alegra mucho verlos, ya que nuestras vidas personales están llenas de agendas apretadas, y de vez en cuando enfermedades o lesiones que nos apartan del deporte durante un cierto periodo de tiempo, pero siempre sintiéndonos bien volveremos a hacer lo que nos gusta por muchos altibajos que haya.

Finalmente fuí a hacer una rutina de Front Lever porque durante éstas semanas me he centrado solo en la Plancha descuidando por completo el Front Lever, no pude hacer mucho porque después de ponerme enfermo y el tiempo que he estado sin entrenar... De la tensión en los músculos al hacer los ejercicios empezó a dolerme en la cabeza y a sentirme mareado, después de eso tomé aire e hice un circuito básico relacionado con el Hale.
Finally I went to do a Front Lever routine because for these weeks I have focused only on the Plancha completely neglecting the Front Lever, I could not do much because after getting sick and the time I have been without training ... the tension began to hurt my head and feel dizzy, after that I took a breath and did a basic circuit related to the Hale.
