El Front lever es un ejercicio estático avanzado del Street Workout en el que se emplea fuerza resistencia, en la espalda, hombros y principalmente los dorsales, básicamente se trata en hacer una palanca en la barra con tus brazos de manera que quede recto horizontalmente.
The Front lever is an advanced static exercise of Street Workout in which resistance strength is used, in the back, shoulders and mainly the dorsals, basically is to make a lever on the bar with your arms so that it is straight horizontally.

Tucked, tucked avanzado 1, tucked avanzado 2, half con las piernas abiertas, half con las piernas cerradas, front lever con las piernas abiertas y por último el Front lever.
