Community, In this opportunity I share with you some pictures of my training yesterday, I hope you like it.El día ayer realicé un entrenamiento muy intensivo de plancha, no tenía planeado tomar fotos, mientras entrenaba me tomaron una y tomé la ocasión para hacer más fotografías, ya estaba muy cansado con los hombros fatigados, no aguantaba nada. Sin embargo me quedaban algunos trucos de Front Lever que pude aprovechar, entrene muy serio y da una satisfacción grande haber terminado la sesión de entrenamiento como se debe.
Yesterday I did a very intensive plank training, I had not planned to take pictures, while I was training they took one and I took the opportunity to take more pictures, I was already very tired with fatigued shoulders, I could not stand anything. However I had some Front Lever tricks left that I was able to take advantage of, I trained very serious and it gives a great satisfaction to have finished the training session as it should.
