La adquisición de mi hogar fue un 30 de septiembre hace ya 5 años... fue a través de un crédito bancario por medio del trabajo de mi esposo y desde el primer momento me enamore completamente de ella! Claro que tenía muchas cosas que arreglar, pero con dedicación y mucho esfuerzo pudimos remodelarla a nuestro gusto poco a poco! Les confieso que soy amante de la decoración de interiores y con mi casa he podido experimentar esta pasión! Ya que cada espacio es ideado por mí, diseñado por mi, pensado por mí... Y la verdad estoy muy satisfecha por el resultado!
The acquisition of my home was on September 30th 5 years ago... it was through a bank loan through my husband's work and from the first moment I fell in love with it completely! Of course it had many things to fix, but with dedication and a lot of effort we were able to remodel it to our liking little by little! I confess that I am a lover of interior design and with my house I have been able to experience this passion! Since each space is created by me, designed by me, thought by me? And the truth is that I am very satisfied with the result!

Recuerdo con exactitud que la primera remodelación fue el porche, ya que la placa se estaba cayendo y tuvimos que mandarla a reforzar por completo, Y de una vez aproveché y cambié la fachada por completo! Colocaron varias columnas, se hizo un frizado con relieves, se pulió el piso, hice jardineras, instalé 3 repisas para algunas plantas y puse lajas en 2 paredes!
I remember exactly that the first remodeling was the porch, since the plate was falling and we had to send it to reinforce it completely, and at once I took advantage and changed the facade completely! Several columns were placed, a frieze with reliefs was made, the floor was polished, I made planters, installed 3 shelves for some plants and put flagstones on 2 walls!
Seguidamente me fuí directo a remodelar mi cocina y el lavadero, ya que están al lado y por eso de una vez hicimos las remodelaciones juntas... Pero mi enfoque estaba siempre en la cocina, porque pienso que la cocina es el lugar más importante de una casa, es como el ombligo de nuestro hogar y por eso para mí, una cocina debe ser un lugar muy acogedor, limpio, ordenado, bello, con mucha luz, ventilación y totalmente organizado! Así que de una vez busqué a un carpintero para que me ayudara con la remodelación... Puse un desayunador, lámparas, gaveteros, puertas, condimentero, empotre la cocina y la nevera, cambie la grifería, puse 1 pared con lajas, decore con cuadros y con muchas cosas hermosas que poco a poco les iré mostrando!
Then I went straight to remodel my kitchen and the laundry room, since they are next to each other and that's why we did the remodeling all at once.... But my focus was always on the kitchen, because I think the kitchen is the most important place in a house, it's like the navel of our home and that's why for me, a kitchen should be a very cozy, clean, tidy, beautiful, with lots of light, ventilation and totally organized! So all at once I looked for a carpenter to help me with the remodel.... I put a breakfast bar, lamps, cabinets, drawers, doors, spice rack, I filled the kitchen and the fridge, I changed the faucet, I put 1 wall with slabs, I decorated with pictures and many beautiful things that little by little I will show you!
Quedé totalmente enamorada del resultado de mi cocina; El lavadero lo hice desde cero porque no había nada, allí hice batea, puse toda la grifería nueva, cerámica, empotre la lavadora, hice una media pared entre la cocina y el lavadero, y puse 1 pared con lajas! Amo las paredes con lajas amigos! Acá les muestro!
I was totally in love with the result of my kitchen; I made the laundry room from scratch because there was nothing, there I made a sink, I put all new faucets, ceramics, I put the washing machine, I made a half wall between the kitchen and the laundry room, and I put 1 wall with slabs! Después de terminar esa parte, me fuí a remodelar la sala - comedor, puse más luz, coloque 1 pared con lajas, otra con grafiado, hice una ventana entre cocina - sala, coloque marcos de madera y todo quedó muy bonito y yo muy feliz con el resultado!
After finishing that part, I went to remodel the living - dining room, I put more light, I put 1 wall with flagstones, another with graffiti, I made a window between kitchen - living room, I put wooden frames and everything was very nice and I was very happy with the result!
Esa fue toda la remodelación en el primer piso amigos! Yo totalmente enamorada de mi hogar... Aún estoy remodelando la habitación de visitas, un cuarto para estudiar y el baño! Y en el segundo piso están 3 habitaciones, 2 baños, 1 sala - bar, un pasillo y un balcón (el cuál es la segunda parte favorita de mi hogar, pero le falta mucho por hacer aún, principalmente el techo)... las habitaciones y los demás espacios están aún en proceso de arreglos, detalles y decoración... También me faltan muebles, más luz, y algunas cosas que más adelante les iré compartiendo! Pero definitivamente, así como está, yo amo mi casa y me siento bendecida por tenerla! Les tengo muchos tips de limpieza, de orden, de secretos, ya que soy súper obsesionada con esos temas y me considero una ama de casa súper profesional (risas)...
That was all the remodeling on the second floor folks! I am totally in love with my home..... I am still remodeling the guest room, a study room and the bathroom! And on the second floor are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room - bar, a hallway and a balcony (which is the second favorite part of my home, but it still has a lot to do, mainly the roof)... the bedrooms and the other spaces are still in the process of arrangements, details and decoration... I'm also missing furniture, more light, and some things that I will share with you later! But definitely, as it is, I love my house and I feel blessed to have it! I have many tips for cleaning, tidying, secrets, since I'm super obsessed with those topics and I consider myself a super professional housewife (laughs)....
