You will see from the aforementioned verse that it is God who loves obedience rather than sharing. A man in a position to serve God will give everything to God. Saul had a strong intention of sacrificing the best of the animals which he brought to God from Amalek, but God was not satisfied with him because he refused to follow the orders of God. It's not about giving that matters but about adherence to God's word.
You should cheat people off their money and go in God 's house and offer it. God does not appreciate the gift and you do not act in submission to Him. God loves loyalty rather than mere sharing. Any of God's promises in the bible are linked to obedience.
