Faith is what sustains us in the midst of heartbreak, pain, anguish or any type of adversity, only faith keeps us standing in the midst of these circumstances because to have faith is to have hope is to believe even in the midst of the most horrible circumstances that you can live for it faith is illogical and cannot be related to realities.
The faith that trusts is called to become the faith that provides and is the one that allows us to get up when we think we are failing
2 Corinthians 5: 7
"because by faith we walk, not by sight"
Faith means believing and the children of God have our faith placed in him. We believe in God and what he tells us in his Word and through the Holy Spirit. In these present days it is necessary to renew our faith in God and believe because if we do not act through faith the world would bend us and our hopes would be reduced to nothing.
1 John 5: 4
4 For everything that is born of God overcomes the world; and this is the victory that has overcome the world, our faith.

Faith is based on the knowledge of God and his character. The spirit of the world is in opposition to God but when we determine to remain firm in faith the world loses the control it exercises over us because faith leads us to a relationship of love with God and that relationship leads us to strengthen ourselves in the worst scenarios
Our faith brings us victory over the world and provides us with a spiritual weapon with which we can combat both present temptations and afflictions.
