Primeramente quiero agradecer a los integrantes que empezaron con este gran paso y pusieron su pasión y dedicación en un proyecto de alto valor, que muchas personas no le vieron el propósito que ni siquiera se dignaron a ver este mundo desde este lado, el día sábado ví a este grupo de muchachos armados de ganas, nervios, adrenalina, entre otras cosas, que quizás no se habían atrevido a tomar anteriormente, y me consta que en ese momento rompieron barreras y se propusieron a seguir avanzando, por ellos mismos y por esta hermosa iniciativa.
En esta presentación estuvieron presentes ejecuciones como: Batalla de flexiones con 3 diferentes rondas y dificultades, un combo de flexiones sincronizadas, sentadillas, fondos con y sin lastre, progresiones de front lever, front lever en anillas, V-sit, L-Sit, Back Lever, Handstand.
Todo esto con gran desempeño y dedicación por parte de cada grupo, cada miembro, sigan así muchachos, ustedes suman unos paso más para esta gran unión!

Fue una de las experiencias más lindas que he pasado en grupo sinceramente, cabe mencionar que en esta oportunidad @hecatonquirox y @dimeilaz fueron excelentes presentadores y con una buena información para los que no conocían de estas prácticas, la comunidad y el conocimiento, impulsamos a seguir y avanzar con lo que tenemos, "No hay PERO..."
Luego de esta reunión, Olympus hizo otro encuentro detrás de cámara 😂, para celebrar y disfrutar en conjunto, compartir opiniones y experiencias, amé este día ❤️
