Gracias a @soyunasantacruz me enteré de esta iniciativa donde debemos echar los cuentos sabrosos de cómo celebramos la culminación del 2022. Se supone que el fin de año sea de compartir una hermosa cena familiar, bien ataviados con la mejor pinta, llevando a cabo las tradiciones y bailar hasta el otro día, pero; en mi caso, eso no sucedió, eso si, de que disfruté disfruté.

Hace un año fallece mi padre y el diciembre del 2021 nos arreglamos, nos pusimos bonitos pero la tristeza estuvo a flor de piel, para este año que culminó hace pocos días fue diferente ¡ y vaya que diferencia! ya verán el porqué:

Lo normal que se realiza para estas fechas es que estrenes ropa según para atraer la buena vibra, si tienes ropa interior de color amarillo mejor porque atraes suerte y el rojo es pasión, se acostumbra a comer una cucharada de lentejas para atraer la abundancia, correr con las maletas en tu entorno mas cercano para visualizar los viajes, subirse a una silla para casarse y todo eso a cinco minutos pá las doce.

Ese es el deber ser, como muchos que me siguen saben que trabajo en una empresa familiar que es el legado que dejó mi progenitor y tenía por costumbre celebrarles su navidad - fin de año a su querido personal y nosotros por supuesto seguimos llevando a cabo su legado con todas sus letras.

Uno de nuestros clientes La Mina de Oro nos dió la oportunidad de celebrar tal acontecimiento para darle homenaje a mi papá y realmente no esperábamos un recibimiento tan bonito, en la sencillez está lo mejor, aunque su especialidad es el pollo frito su personal se encargó de hacer el plato navideño por excelencia: Hallacas, pernil, ensalada, pan de jamón, también quesillo y bebidas deliciosas mas un cantante muy jocoso y genial que amenizó la tarde.😄🤗

Hasta ahí, todo bien, el personal se va de vacaciones y nosotros (la familia) seguimos trabajando full, visitando clientes, atendiendo asuntos administrativos y de paso limpiando, ordenando, arreglando algunas filtraciones (no todas, faltó material) creo nos faltó tiempo o organizarnos mejor, para cómo iba todo pensamos que no haríamos nada.

Digan mucho gusto pues, les presento a mi madre por si no la conocen.

En casa no acostumbramos a hacer compras a última hora y menos con presión, siempre todo es con anticipación, pero esta vez todo fue diferente, nuestro compartir familiar fue en el lugar de trabajo, la mañana se fué en realizar las compras, luego preparando todo y cocinando nuestras hallacas hasta altas horas de la noche, el cansancio no era normal, ya que no hemos parado ningún día.

¿Ustedes creen que tuvimos ánimo para arreglarnos?

Pues no, para nada.🤷

La cena fue al momento de culminarlas casi 10:30 pm, de broma habíamos desayunado entre tanto trajín, mi hermana se fue a dormir porque no se sentía bien de salud y aún así siempre con la mejor disposición para hacer lo que tocara pero ese momento la venció, mi madre con sus 77 años tiene mas vitalidad que muchos de los que están leyendo en este momento este post jajaja! y yo pues, feita y despeinada, lo único que hice fue colocarme un labial y a mi madre le coloqué unas sandalias rojas bellas que compré gracias a Hive, que por cierto las estrenó bailando conmigo un ratico.💃

No creo en supersticiones, creo en DIOS por sobre todas las cosas, así que cómo pueden apreciar ni estrené ropa ni y menos comí las 12 uvas, comí pan, mandarinas, brindamos eso sí y dimos gracias por todo lo vivido, a pesar de la ausencia de este plano recientemente de mi única tía paterna, llamamos a amigos y familiares con videos llamadas para despedir el año, bendita tecnología.

Así echamos broma con las videos llamadas, de élla fue la idea😅

Solo me resta decir, gracias Padre, soy afortunada.

Thanks to @soyunasantacruz I found out about this initiative where we should explain how we celebrate the culmination of 2022. The end of the year is supposed to be about sharing a nice family dinner, well dressed with the best finery, following traditions and dancing until the next day, but; in my case, that didn't happen, but I still enjoyed it.

A year ago my father passed away and in December 2021 we got dressed up, we got beautiful but the sadness was at the surface of our skin because of what happened, this year that ended a few days ago was different, and what a difference! you will see why:

The normal thing to do for these dates is to premiere clothes to attract good vibes, if you have yellow underwear better because you attract luck and red is passion, it is customary to eat a spoonful of lentils to attract abundance, run with the suitcases of your immediate environment to visualize trips, get on a chair to get married and all that is done just before midnight.

That is the duty to be, as many of you who follow me know I work in a family business which is the legacy left by my father who had the custom of celebrating Christmas - New Year's Eve to his beloved staff and we of course continue to carry out his legacy with all its letters.

One of our clients Restaurant La Mina de Oro gave us the opportunity to celebrate such an event in honor of my dad and the truth is we did not expect such a nice reception, simplicity is the best, although their gastronomic specialty is fried chicken, their staff was in charge of making the Christmas dish par excellence: hallacas, pernil, salad, ham bread, also quesillo and delicious drinks plus a very funny and great singer. 👍😎

So far so good, the staff goes on vacation and we (the family) continue working full time, visiting clients, taking care of administrative issues, and cleaning, painting, and fixing some leaks (not all, we lacked material) I think we lacked the time or better organized, as everything was going we thought we would not do anything to share.

At home, we are not used to shopping at the last minute and with less pressure, everything is always in advance, but this time everything was different, our family sharing was at the workplace, the morning was spent shopping, then preparing everything and cooking our typical Venezuelan dish until late at night, the tiredness was not normal, since we have not stopped any day.

Dinner was almost at 22:00 at night, my sister went to sleep because she was not feeling well and she was always in the best disposition to do whatever she had to do but that moment overcame her, my mother with her 77 years has more vitality than many of those who are reading this post at this moment hahaha! And me, ugly and disheveled, the only thing I did was to paint my lips and my mother put on some beautiful red sandals that I bought thanks to Hive, which by the way she wore for the first time dancing with me this special night.

I do not believe in superstitions, I believe in GOD above all things, so as you can appreciate I did not wear new clothes and I did not eat the 12 grapes, I ate bread, and tangerines, we toasted and gave thanks for everything we lived, despite the absence of my only paternal aunt, we called friends and family with video calls to say goodbye to the year.
