Una despedida al estilo de kárate

Hoy pasamos una tarde distinta, una tarde donde nos llenamos de nostalgia y mucho amor un arte que nos gusta a nosotros.
Un sensei que desde que César entró en la academia lo ayudó, me ayudó a mí y nos enseñó muchas cosas que no sabíamos en ese momento.
Gracias a las migraciones, se va con su papá a otro país por lo que le hicieron una despedida al estilo karate. Para mí es primera vez que lo hacen porque nunca habia presenciado una despedida de ese estilo.
Todo comenzó con calentamiento básico, una que otra carrera estática y mucho estiramientos. Fue cuando el Shihan comenzó a decir unas palabras para Miguel, dando una explicación de la clase de hoy.
Se juntaron varios dojos, entrenadores y aprovecharon de hacer una clase divetida. Dejando que Miguel hicieras sus katas y luego los demás atletas.
Tocó el momento de los cinturons avanzados e hicieron sus katas de avanzados. A los cinturones verde los rasparon porque no se sabían dos de los katas. (Ahí está César)
Al final se pusieron a combatir, solamente con Miguel y esa es la parte más divertida porque es emocionante, aunque Miguel así lo pidió.
Por mi parte hice videos y fotos para subir en la red social del dojo y como me encanta el karate, me pidieron que el lunes fuera a entrenar. 😁 Vamos a ver si me animo.
Extrañaremos a Miguel, eso si es más seguro.

Today we spent a different afternoon, an afternoon where we were filled with nostalgia and a lot of love for an art that we like.
A sensei who since César entered the academy has helped him, helped me and taught us many things that we did not know at that time.
Thanks to migration, he went with his father to another country so they gave him a karate-style farewell. For me it is the first time they have done it because I have never witnessed a farewell of that style.
It all started with a basic warm-up, the occasional static run and a lot of stretching. It was when Shihan began to say a few words to Miguel, giving an explanation of today's class.
Several dojos and trainers got together and took advantage of having a fun class. Letting Miguel do his katas and then the other athletes.
It was time for the advanced belts and they did their advanced katas. The green belts were scratched because they didn't know two of the katas. (There is Cesar)
In the end they started fighting, only with Miguel and that is the most fun part because it is exciting, although Miguel asked for it.
For my part, I made videos and photos to upload on the dojo's social network and since I love karate, they asked me to go train on Monday. 😁 Let's see if I'm encouraged.
We will miss Miguel, that's for sure.
