Hello Family
This is a special post, as it is a desire of the founders of the community to make Family & Friends more than just a place where you can read and create content, we think this community can be something much bigger and one of the aspects we have decided to include in this loving community is social work.
Fundraising for a Good Cause.
Under the slogan, "creating content to share smiles" we seek to have a little of our effort, as well as that of the community itself to bring smiles to others who need some help. To this end, initiatives and different activities will be carried out to raise funds that will be transformed into donations and/or volunteer style social work that will be destined to draw smiles on the faces that need it most.
We have created the account @family-love to carry out a completely separate management to the official account of family-friends and properly manage the corresponding resources for social work, which is not only donating money, it is also possible to carry out recreational activities with hivers in the city and give even more smiles.
Marketing
Our plan as a community is not only to donate or do social work occasionally, but also to create connections and expand networking with media, journalists and influencers who are open to social work, which is a widely accepted niche in our Latin regions, so we will take advantage of making the web 3 as well as Hive known through social work, always involving the community with its content, something that is only possible on web 3.
For the reports, everything will be properly detailed in terms of expenses and resource management, always with the willingness to invite other Hivers to participate in person, having the opportunity to audit freely.
Foundations and NGOs
The work will always be done in conjunction with foundations and NGOs duly registered, thus ensuring a good management of resources and ample evidence of all work is taken. We will seek that the same foundations and NGOs can enter Hive and can observe the advantages of Web 3.
Start of the Love at Christmas Initiative
This initiative will seek to raise funds for toys, clothes or food for those children who do not have a home or family and/or low-income children. Since the holidays are approaching, it will be something that children will appreciate, so we invite you to participate as many times as you want to support this initiative and create content to share smiles with many children who currently need help, so together as a community we can extend our hand and make this coming December unforgettable for them.

These are some ideas to write, you can take some of these questions and make your entry to this initiative, remember that you can participate several times and you are even free to add the Christmas content you want.

Hola Familia
Este es un post especial, ya que es un deseo de los fundadores de la comunidad el de que Family & Friends sea más que un lugar donde se puede leer y crear contenido, pensamos que esta comunidad puede ser algo mucho más grande y uno de los aspectos en que hemos decidido incluir en esta amorosa comunidad es el trabajo social.
Recaudación de Fondos para una Buena Causa.
Bajo la consigna, "creando contenido para compartir sonrisas" buscamos disponer un poco de nuestro esfuerzo, así como el de la propia comunidad para llevar sonrisas a otras personas que necesiten algo de ayuda. Para ello se realizarán iniciativas y diferentes actividades para recaudar fondos que se transformen en donaciones y/o trabajo social estilo voluntariado que sean destinados para dibujar sonrisas en los rostros que más lo necesitan.
Hemos creado la cuenta @family-love para realizar una gestión totalmente apartada a la cuenta oficial de family-friends y administrar correctamente los recursos correspondientes para el trabajo social, el cual no solo es donar el dinero, también es posible realizar actividades de recreación junto a hivers que de la ciudad y otorgar aún más sonrisas.
Marketing
Nuestro plan como comunidad no es solamente donar o hacer trabajo social ocasionalmente, también crear conexiones y ampliar networking con medios de comunicación, periodistas e influencers que estén abiertos a los trabajos sociales, el cual es un nicho ampliamente aceptado en nuestras regiones latinas, así que aprovecharemos de dar a conocer la web 3 además de Hive a través del trabajo social, siempre involucrando a la comunidad con su contenido, algo que solo es posible en la web 3.
Para los reportes, todo estará debidamente detallado en cuanto a gastos y administración de recursos, siempre con la disposición de invitar a otros Hivers a participar de manera presencial, teniendo la oportunidad de auditar libremente.
Fundaciones y ONG
El trabajo siempre se estará realizando en conjunto con fundaciones y ONG debidamente registradas, así se asegura un buen manejo de recursos y se toma amplia evidencia de todos los trabajos. Buscaremos que las mismas fundaciones y ONG puedan entrar en Hive y puedan observar las ventajas de la Web 3.
Inicio de la Iniciativa: Amor en Navidad
Esta iniciativa buscará recaudar fondos para juguetes, ropa o comida para aquellos niños que no cuentan con un hogar o familia y/o niños de bajos recursos. Debido a que se acercan las fiestas decembrinas será algo que los niños sabrán apreciar, así que te invitamos a participar cuantas veces desees para apoyar esta iniciativa y así crear contenido para compartir sonrisas con muchos niños que en este momento necesitan de ayuda, así que juntos como comunidad podemos extender nuestra mano y hacer que este próximo mes de diciembre sea inolvidable para ellos.
Para esta primera iniciativa se trabajará junto con una fundación llamada en Instagram 1voluntadxvenezuela.
