Hola mis amigos de HIVE, saludos a todos, espero que estén muy bien y sacándole todo el provecho a esta semana y a este día; el 27 del mes que culminó ayer, fue el cumpleaños número 58 de mi Suegra, de mi segunda Madre, la cual quiero muchísimo, por tal motivo andaba algo triste por no poder estar ese día y festejarlo con ella, me vi algo mal de salud, “un fuerte resfriado, que se complicó por mi problema de ASMA”, lo que hizo que estuviera ausente por casi una semana de mi trabajo, ese día con mi Suegra, hasta de HIVE, ya gracias a DIOS, ya estoy mucho mejor, aun algo afectada, pero nada de qué preocuparse.
Ya que mi Madre estaba conmigo ayudando a mi cuidado, mi Pareja fue a compartir con mi Suegra; siempre estuve en sintonía con ellos, en todo lo que hacían, presente así fuera por teléfono y de corazón.
Mi Suegra es una excelente cocinera, de ella he aprendido varias recetas y técnicas de cocina y repostería; el día antes de su cumpleaños, recordé que el 31 de Diciembre, se tocó el tema de su cumpleaños y nos dijo que lo más que quería era que estuviéramos con ella y haciendo lo que más le gusta hacer, además de la costura, “COCINAR”, que tenía ganas de hacer una torta de Chocolate y un Pasticho; mi Pareja salió a comprar todo lo necesario, y le llego como sorpresa al día siguiente, ella pensaba que ni él iría por mi estado de salud.
Me dijo mi Pareja que se emocionó al verlo y al ver que le llevo todo para lo que quería cocinar; empezó por el Pasticho, para almorzar con él y dejar para la noche, cabe mencionar que le quedo muy delicioso, porque me guardaron 😋, que DIOS bendiga sus manos.
Ya en la tarde de ese día, hizo la TORTA, totalmente de CHOCOLATE, el Bizcocho, relleno y envoltura, también debo decir que ha sido una de las mejores tortas que he probado, excelente sabor; quedo en enseñarme a hacerla.
En la noche, llego su ex pareja, que a pesar de que su separación fue algo fuerte, hoy en día gozan de una buena y linda amistad, también fue su hermano mayor con su nieto y un amigo de mi Pareja, el cual es un gran amigo de todos nosotros, pocas personas estuvieron con ella, pero estaba muy feliz, porque eran pocas en cantidad, pero las justas con las que ella quería compartir, por el gran cariño que le tienen; por que desde que tuvo ciertos problemas con parte de su misma familia, que salió muy lastimada, ella cerro un poco su corazón, y prefiero estar distante de ellos, pero lo importante es que no está sola, nos tiene a nosotros que la amamos y jamás haremos algo que la lástima, porque es una bella persona, de nobles sentimientos y gran corazón.
Le cantaron cumpleaños, disfrutaron de esa deliciosa Torta y Pasticho, cuando ya era algo tarde, la llame, le pregunte como la había pasado, me dijo que muy bien, que tuvo excelente compañía, que solo falte yo, que me tenía mi parte de Torta y Pasticho guardado 😋, la sentí muy contenta, y eso me hace feliz.
Tres días después ya yo estaba mejor y aproveche que un primo iba a El Tejero, y les llegue de sorpresa, la felicite nuevamente, disfrute estar con ella y de todo lo que me guardo, pero luego tuvo que atenderme 😐, fuimos al terreno de mi Tío y estaba haciendo mucho frió, habían muchas brisas frías que me afectaron y recaí un poco con el ASMA, me gane mis buenos regaños por eso 😓.

My mother-in-law is an excellent cook, from her I have learned several recipes and cooking and baking techniques; the day before her birthday, I remembered that on December 31, the theme of her birthday was touched upon and she told us that what she wanted most was for us to be with her and doing what she likes to do most, besides sewing, "COOKING", she wanted to make a Chocolate cake and a Pasticho; My partner went out to buy everything she needed, and it came as a surprise the next day, she thought that even he would not go because of my health condition.

Already in the afternoon of that day, she made the CUPCAKE, totally made of CHOCOLATE, the sponge cake, filling and wrapper, I must also say that it has been one of the best cakes I have ever tasted, excellent flavor; she agreed to teach me how to make it.
In the evening, her ex-partner arrived, who despite their separation was something strong, today they enjoy a good and beautiful friendship, also her older brother with his grandson, and a friend of my partner, which is a great friend of all of us, few people were with her, but she was very happy, because they were few in number, but just the right ones with whom she wanted to share, because of the great affection they have for her; because since she had certain problems with part of her own family, which was very hurt, she closed her heart a little, and prefers to be distant from them, but the important thing is that she is not alone, she has us who love her and we will never do anything to pity her, because she is a beautiful person, with noble feelings and a great heart.
They sang her birthday, enjoyed that delicious Torta and Pasticho, when it was already a little late, I called her, asked her how she had spent it, she told me that she had excellent company, that I was the only one missing, that she had my share of Torta and Pasticho saved 😋, I felt her very happy, and that makes me happy.
Three days later I was better and I took advantage that a cousin was going to El Tejero, and I surprised them, I congratulated her again, I enjoyed being with her and everything she kept for me, but then she had to take care of me 😐, we went to my Uncle's land and it was very cold, there were many cold breezes that affected me and I relapsed a little with ASTHMA, I earned my good scolding for that 😓.
