Hot Running

Today the temperatures have begun to drop, at the moment 9 degrees less than yesterday, but we are still close to 25 degrees and, as you can imagine, it is better to be conservative when running than to risk your life dehydrating yourself with what I have done 6 km to "easy" pace in about 27 minutes, contemplating the promenade that was full of tourists.

Then I worked the upper part of the body inside the gym, with the air conditioning on, some good stretching exercises, and all this in just 45 minutes in total.
Not bad to start the week, don't you think?
