Como mi esposo tenía tiempo disponible me está enseñando para hacer estas actividades, muchas veces tenemos un familiar directo y no aprovechamos estas ventajas para aprender, en muchas ocasiones solo le dejamos el trabajo para que lo haga. Es necesario contar con las herramientas para realizar estas actividades con facilidad sin su ayuda.

Para resolver este problema de activar este equipo, en primer lugar se realizó un diagnostico que estaba pasando, encendimos la maquina tenia Windows 7 la cliente realizo con las herramientas de Windows tratar de restaurar el equipo a su estado fabrica, también restaurar un punto en el cual podía encender con normalidad la máquina, por último que es problema que tenía reparar el arranque del equipo esto fue problema en el cual no deja iniciar Windows por nada del mundo está dañado no se podía hacer nada.

Como la maquina no arranca hasta sistema operativo con un case externo que es un adaptador de disco duro de laptop, se abrió el equipo esto si con ayuda del profesional pero siempre observando y preguntando. Colocamos el disco duro en el case externo, rescatamos la información pedida por el cliente a un lado de la vecina para saber qué era lo más importante, esas información la pasamos a su computadora de escritorio. Con esta primera actividad estaba realizado la mitad del trabajo ahora activar la laptop.

El equipo luego de esto inicio perfecto y colocamos todos los programas y cliente satisfecho poco a poco estaré mostrando algunos de mis trabajos cuando sean mis clientes.
