Hola comunidad de hive, de verdad les agradezco mucho el apoyo que recibió mi anterior y primera publicación en hive que fue mi presentación, si no mal recuerdan les hable sobre que estaba preparando una publicación sobre las herramientas y equipos de mi taller, bueno esta es esa publicación.

Fuente de alimentación regulada

Este es un equipo que alimenta con energía eléctrica los circuitos a los que la conecte, lo que la hace especial es que es regulable, es decir puedo configurarla para que su voltaje y corriente varié, aunque hay que tener cuidado si se le configura con un voltaje o corriente muy alto podría dañar alguna placa de celular o lo que este reparando en ese momento.

PD:(en una ocasión dañe mi celular de esa forma, y ahora siempre estoy al tanto de la configuración para que no me vuelva a pasar con otro celular)

Estación de calor

La estación de calor es un equipo que permite hacer todos los trabajos de soldadura necesaria en una reparación, cuenta con un cautin, y una pistola de calor (en el ámbito del servicio técnico de celulares se le conoce como “mufa”), tanto el cautin como la pistola de calor se pueden configurar a una temperatura en especifico.

Es importante configurar las temperaturas correctamente, hay reparaciones donde se necesita trabajar con una temperatura mas alta y otras con temperatura mas baja para no sobre calentar la placa electrónica.

Multimetro

El multimetro o también llamado tester es un equipo que a los técnicos nos permite medir voltaje, corriente, ohmeaje, y demás opciones que tiene.

Es muy importante y util al momento de hacer la revisión y análisis de celular que no carga, no enciende, la pantalla no muestra imagen, y demás averías típicas.

Microscopio (Estereoscopio)

El microscopio es una herramienta que permite ver fácilmente los componentes mas pequeños de una placa electrónica , super útil para cualquier reparación que involucre componentes muy pequeños.

Aquí les muestro como se ve un centímetro de una regla escolar en el microscopio, en mi caso mi microscopio es uno digital que conecto con un cable usb a una lapto, y con el software del microscopio puedo usarlo normalmente.

PD: (El nombre real es estereoscopio, pero por temas de marketing las empresas siempre le llaman microscopio).

Destornilladores

Normalmente se consiguen en packs de varios destornilladores con puntas diferentes, estrella, pala, hexagonales, y otros muchos, son la herramienta perfecta para los tornillos pequeños que tienen los celulares y que hay que retirar para poder repararlos.

Los principales destornilladores usados son de pala y estría.

Pinzas

Obviamente al reparar celulares con componentes tan pequeños se necesita una herramienta con puntas muy delgadas para manipular estos componentes correctamente, esta es la principal función de las pinzas de servicio técnico, aunque conozco algunos técnicos que les gusta rascarse las espalda usando estas pinzas jajaja.

Cepillo de limpieza

No hay mucho misterio, es un cepillo que uso para limpiar las placas electrónicas con alcohol isopropilico, te preguntaras: ¿eso no es un cepillo de dientes? Y si, si es un cepillo de dientes, es bastante util por la dureza y a la ves flexibilidad que tiene sus hilos pero aveces uso un pincel cuando el cepillo esta sucio.

Base sujetadora de placas

Se usa para sujetar las placas electrónicas, el tema es es extremadamente super resistente a altas temperaturas por lo que puedo hacer reparaciones de soldadura a temperaturas muy, antes tenia una sujetadora de placas de otro tipo que no es tan resistente al calor como lo es la base con la que reparo actualmente.

Mantel térmico

Es como una funda plástica o de goma que es muy resistente a las altas temperaturas, también tiene varias ranuras para poder guardar componente pequeños, tornillos, cámaras y demás cosas que se puedan perder de vista al momento de repara un celular. Es importante para no quemar la mesa o superficie de trabajo.

Bisturí

Aveces necesito hacer cortes pequeños, muy pequeños y precisos en las reparaciones y para eso uso este bisturí, como cualquier otro bisturí sirve para cortar pero lo hace especial su punta extra fina para reparaciones con componentes muy pequeños.

Plancha separadora de pantallas

Básicamente es una plancha que se calienta uniformemente en su superficie, las opciones especiales que tiene es que puedo configurar la temperatura con la que quiero trabajar y activar una opción de sujetacion de la pantalla donde la propia plancha empieza a succionar el aire que hay entre la plancha y la pantalla, esto hace que la pantalla se quede quieta y sea mas fácil separarla.

PD: Es muy importante asegurarse de no sobre calentar la pantalla para no dañarla, en mas de una ocasion he sobre calentado la pantalla y no tengo otra opción que reponerla al cliente, lo que significa que perdí dinero, y por lo general mucho jajaja.

Guantes

Los uso para cubrir mis manos del calor cuando sostengo pantallas calientes por haberla puesto sobre la plancha que les acabo de mostrar, de esta forma no me quemo las manos y puedo trabajar cómodamente.

En una futura publicación les mostrare los materiales o insumos que se usan para reparar celulares, este tipo de publicación contiene mas gif por lo tanto me llevara algo mas de tiempo realizarla.

Heat station

It is important to configure the temperatures correctly, there are repairs where it is necessary to work with a higher temperature and others with a lower temperature so as not to overheat the electronic board.

Multimeter

The multimeter or also called tester is a piece of equipment that allows technicians to measure voltage, current, ohms, and other options it has.

It is very important and useful when reviewing and analyzing a cell phone that does not charge, does not turn on, the screen does not show an image, and other typical faults.

Microscope (Stereoscope)

The microscope is a tool that allows you to easily see the smallest components of an electronic board, super useful for any repair that involves very small components.

Here I show you how a centimeter of a school ruler looks under the microscope, in my case my microscope is a digital one that I connect with a usb cable to a laptop, and with microscope software I can use normally.

PS: (The real name is stereoscope, but for marketing purposes companies always call it a microscope.)

screwdrivers

Normally they are available in packs of several screwdrivers with different tips, star, spade, hexagonal, and many others, they are the perfect tool for the small screws that cell phones have and that there are to remove in order to repair them.

The main screwdrivers used are slotted and slotted.

Tweezers

Obviously, when repairing cell phones with such small components, a tool with very thin tips is needed to manipulate these components correctly, this is the main function of the technical service pliers, although I know some techs who like to scratch their backs using these tweezers lol.

Cleaning brush

There is not much mystery, it is a brush that I use to clean the electronic boards with isopropyl alcohol, you will ask yourself: isn't that a toothbrush? And yes, if it is a toothbrush, it is quite useful because of the hardness and at the same time flexibility that its threads have, but sometimes I use a brush when the brush is dirty.

It is used to hold the electronic boards, the subject is it is extremely super resistant to high temperatures so I can do solder repairs at very, ant temperatures I had a different type of plate holder that isn't as heat resistant as the base I'm currently repairing with.

thermal tablecloth

It is like a plastic or rubber case that is very resistant to high temperatures, it also has several slots to store small components, screws, cameras and other things that can be lost sight of when time to repair a cell phone. It is important not to burn the table or work surface.

Scalpel

Sometimes I need to make small, very small and precise cuts in repairs and for that I use this scalpel, like any other scalpel it is used to cut but its extra fine tip makes it special for repairs with very small components.

Screen separating plate

Basically it is an iron that heats evenly on its surface, the special options it has is that I can set the temperature I want to work with and activate a screen clamping option where my own iron begins to suck the air between the iron and the screen, this makes the screen stay still and it is easier to separate it.

PS: It is very important to make sure not to overheat the screen so as not to damage it, on more than one occasion I have overheated the screen and I have no choice but to replace it to the customer, which means I lost money, and usually a lot lol.

Gloves

I use them to cover my hands from the heat when holding hot screens because I put it on the iron I just showed you, this way I don't burn my hands and I can work comfortably.

In a future publication I will show you the materials or supplies that are used to repair cell phones, this type of publication contains more gifs therefore it will take me a little more time to do it
