Cuando era pequeño pasaba largas horas jugando con las consolas de videojuegos que tenía en casa, recuerdo que eran momentos de mucha felicidad, diversión, competencias y sobre todo no podían faltar los ratos de rabia que agarraba cuando algo no me salía bien o perdía. Me ponía a jugar varios juegos en el Nintendo Ds y cuando me daba cuenta tenía una gran lista de videos juegos, en una oportunidad me propuse la meta de pasarlo completo, pero para eso tenía que dedicarle tiempo, esmero y muchos esfuerzos para lograrlo.
El juego que escogí para esa oportunidad fue Super Mario Bros, un juego que se ha ganado el corazón de todos y hoy en día lo recuerdo con mucho cariño porque una fue las mejores épocas de mi infancia. Este juego consiste en poder completar y pasar los ocho mundos de Mario Bros donde se tiene que ir pasando uno por uno y a medida que pasaba un mundo las aventuras y los desafíos cada vez eran más difíciles y por eso me tomaba mi tiempo necesario para dedicárselo a cada nivel de este juego.
When I was a child I spent long hours playing with the video game consoles I had at home, I remember that they were moments of great happiness, fun, competitions and above all I could not miss the moments of anger when something did not go well or I lost. I used to play several games on the Nintendo Ds and when I realized I had a great list of video games, once I set the goal of passing it all, but for that I had to dedicate time, dedication and a lot of effort to achieve it.
The game I chose for that opportunity was Super Mario Bros, a game that has won the hearts of everyone and today I remember it fondly because it was one of the best times of my childhood. This game consists of being able to complete and pass the eight worlds of Mario Bros where you have to go through one by one and as I passed a world adventures and challenges were increasingly difficult and so I took my time to devote to each level of this game.
La primera vez que comencé a jugarlo me sentía muy perdido, ya que no sabía qué hacer y en que consistía el juego, además perdí muchas veces porque estaba aprendiendo a manejar los controles, conociendo por donde correr, en cuál túnel podía ocultarme, identificar cuáles eran los personajes que me causaban daños, como las flores de fuego, los muñecos de color marrón conocidos como Goomba y muchas otras cosas que tenía que saber de este juego para avanzar con tranquilidad.
Con la práctica las cosas fueron cambiando, me permitió completar esos primeros niveles de Super Marios Bros, hubo un nivel que lo pase con todas las estrellas, me reí y la pase de maravillas, además al final de cada mundo nos aparece el famoso castillo de Bowser, ese personaje siempre me caía muy mal porque me mataba y lo peor es que se escapaba con la princesa, así que para jugar ese nivel se tenía que tener muchas vidas y jugarlo calmado.
The first time I started playing it I felt very lost, because I did not know what to do and what the game was about, I also lost many times because I was learning to handle the controls, knowing where to run, in which tunnel I could hide, identify which were the characters that caused me damage, such as the fire flowers, the brown dolls Goomba and many other things I had to know about this game to advance with tranquility.
With practice things were changing, it allowed me to complete those first levels of Super Marios Bros, there was a level that I passed it with all the stars, I laughed and had a wonderful time, also at the end of each world appears the famous Bowser's castle, that character always upset me very badly because he killed me and the worst thing is that he escaped with the princess, so to play that level you had to have many lives and play it calmly.
Con el tiempo entre las actividades escolares y deportivas que practicaba no me permitían avanzar con rapidez el juego, ya lo hacía en ratos libres o si no lo jugaba cada cierto tiempo y eso, freno un poco el avance de este juego, sin embargo, nunca lo deje de jugar y cuando me di cuenta ya tenía más de la mitad del juego desbloqueado y para mí eso fue emocionante, porque le había agarrado el hilo al juego. Además, aprendí algunas estrategias y trucos necesarios para poder desbloquear el mundo 4 y el 7, creo que para mí fueron los dos niveles más tediosos de todo este mundo de Super Mario Bros.
With the time between school and sports activities that I practiced did not allow me to advance quickly the game, I did it in free time or if not I played it every so often and that, brake a little the progress of this game, however, I never stopped playing it and when I realized I already had more than half of the game unlocked and for me that was exciting, because I had grabbed the thread to the game. Also, I learned some strategies and tricks needed to unlock world 4 and 7, I think for me they were the two most tedious levels of this whole Super Mario Bros.
En lo que volví a retomar las aventuras de este juego me sentía todo un pro jugando, me turnaba con mi hermano para que así los dos poder jugar y avanzar en el jugo, él pasaba un nivel y yo otro, eran momentos de risa, chiste y sobre todo nos poníamos retos donde teníamos que superar el nivel con las tres monedas que se tenían que agarrar. Eso no funciono más hasta cierto punto, porque después aparecieron niveles que eran complicados agarrar todas las monedas, ya que para eso se necesitaba algunos hongos para crecer o volverse pequeño y para no perder el tiempo se continuaba con el siguiente.
When I returned to resume the adventures of this game I felt like a pro playing, I took turns with my brother so that both of us could play and advance in the game, he passed a level and I another, were moments of laughter, jokes and above all we put challenges where we had to overcome the level with the three coins that had to be grabbed. That didn't work anymore up to a certain point, because later levels appeared that were complicated to catch all the coins, because for that you needed some mushrooms to grow or become small and not to waste time you continued with the next one.
Faltando un solo nivel, el cual era el mundo 8 de este juego, las cosas comenzaron a cambiar un poco, puesto que los niveles eran bastante oscuros, aparecían calabazas, pájaros negros, además se caracterizó por tener mucho fuego en cada uno de los niveles hasta llegar al castillo. Cuando llegue a ese último nivel estaba asustado porque no sabía con qué me enfrentaría, sin embargo, fue un desafío fácil y derrote nuevamente a Bowser, pero una vez que lo pasé apareció una extensión más de tierra así de la nada con otros niveles y un último castillo muy grande.
Recuero que tuve que jugarlo varias veces porque no podía avanzar más allá de la mitad, ya que estaba lleno de obstáculos, trampas y objetos que si me tocaban perdía, pensé que me quedaría sin vida y tenía que empezar todo el juego nuevamente y sería lago muy triste, sin embargo, este juego de Super Mario Bros no pudo conmigo y complete los ocho mundos.
Missing only one level, which was the world 8 of this game, things began to change a little, since the levels were quite dark, pumpkins appeared, black birds, also it was characterized by having a lot of fire in each of the levels until you reach the castle. When I got to that last level I was scared because I didn't know what I would face, however, it was an easy challenge and I defeated Bowser again, but once I passed it, another extension of land appeared out of nowhere with other levels and a very big castle.
I remember that I had to play it several times because I couldn't advance more than half of it, since it was full of obstacles, traps and objects that if they touched me I would lose, I thought I would run out of life and I would have to start the whole game again and it would be a very sad lake, however, this Super Mario Bros game couldn't beat me and I completed all eight worlds.
Esto sería uno de mis mayores logros alcanzado en uno de los videos juegos de mi infancia, ya que le dedique horas, constancia y sobre todo disfrute cada uno de los mundos de Super Mario Bros y hoy me siento contento y satisfecho porque aún conservo ese videojuegos en mi Nintendo Ds.
This would be one of my greatest achievements in one of the video games of my childhood, since I dedicated hours, perseverance and above all enjoy each of the worlds of Super Mario Bros and today I feel happy and satisfied because I still have that game on my Nintendo Ds.
