Las computadoras es otra de las herramientas más importante hoy en día, en mi caso la uso para realizar las diferentes investigaciones de la universidad, estar al día con cuál quiere tema, escuchar música y lo más importante publicar en Hive. En casa tenemos una computadora de escritorio que ya tiene un par de años en uso, es de buena calidad, tiene una gran capacidad y de verdad que nos ha servido muchísimo y nos ha sacado de apuros, sin embargo, la semana pasada cuando la iba a usar no estaba leyendo el mouse y me pareció algo curioso, pero cambie y probé otro y todo bien, me olvide de ella por unos días.
Continuo presentando la misma falla y ya no estaba teniendo el mismo rendimiento, así que fue algo muy desesperante, porque si se dañaba la computadora iba a hacer peor la cosa para todos en casa, así que la apagamos y la dejamos quieta, por si acaso era algo mayor y no dañar más. Tuvimos que llevar la CPU a un técnico para que nos hiciera el diagnóstico y nos comentara cuál era la falla, eso es un trabajo que requiere de tiempo, así que tuvimos que esperar. Ese día que la llevamos al técnico la noche fue muy estresante, pensando miles de cosas, sin saber nada de eso, casi como esperando un resultado médico, los nervios de punta.

At home we have a desktop computer that already has a couple of years in use, is of good quality, has a great capacity and really has served us a lot and has gotten us out of trouble, however, last week when I was going to use it was not reading the mouse and I found something curious, but I changed and tried another and all good, I forgot about it for a few days.
It continued presenting the same failure and was no longer having the same performance, so it was something very desperate, because if the computer was damaged it was going to make things worse for everyone at home, so we turned it off and left it still, just in case it was something bigger and not damage more. We had to take the CPU to a technician to make a diagnosis and tell us what the fault was, that is a time consuming job, so we had to wait. That day we took it to the technician and the night was very stressful, thinking thousands of things, not knowing anything about it, almost like waiting for a medical result, nerves on edge.

Una vez que estuvo lista la revisión nos llamaron para darnos el diagnóstico, que tenía malo o que pasaba con la computadora, de inmediato nos dijeron que ya no servía, todo estaba dañado, ya el equipo era muy viejo y no tenía reparación, resalto que la fuente de poder estaba presentando fallas, al principio quedamos bloqueados por no saber nada del tema, así que tuvimos que pagar la revisión y ya quedaba de nuestra parte buscar una fuente de poder nueva. Mi papá no estaba muy de acuerdo con eso, así que se decidió llevarlo a otro técnico para que nos diera otra opinión, porque no está de más escuchar otras opiniones y que nos diera alguna solución al problema.
Nuevamente, tuvimos que esperar a que destapara la CPU, probaron cada pieza y nos llamaran, pero aún teníamos la preocupación y la angustia de cuánto podría costar una fuente de poder y si se encontraría en el mercado la que necesita nuestra computadora, así que busque información por páginas de internet y tiendas una parecida al modelo que tenía la nuestra, el costo variaba entre 25 a 30 $ , ya teníamos el precio, pero aún nos faltaba saber cuanto saldría la revisión y la mano de obra de todo el trabajo para volver a funcionar la computadora.

My dad did not agree with that, so we decided to take it to another technician to get another opinion, because it is not bad to listen to other opinions and to get a solution to the problem.
Again, we had to wait until the CPU was uncovered, they tested each piece and called us, but we still had the concern and anguish of how much a power supply could cost and if they would find in the market the one that our computer needs, so I looked for information on internet pages and stores a similar to the model that had ours, the cost varied between 25 to 30 $, we already had the price, but we still needed to know how much would be the revision and labor of all the work to return the computer to work.

Ese mismo día la fuimos a buscar y nos dio algunos consejos y recomendaciones para su mejor calidad de vida, además limpiarla cada cierto tiempo, ya que absorbe una gran cantidad de polvo, tenerla en un ambiente fresco y tener claro que en cualquier momento puede presentar la misma falla, por ser usada. Así que volvimos a sonreír, porque ya la computadora servía y además no se perdió nada de información almacenada y se podía volver a usar normalmente.

So we smiled again, because the computer was already working and besides, no stored information was lost and it could be used normally again.

Al final de todo, la computadora ya estaba conectada con la fuente de poder usada y se colocó en su puesto y todo está funcionando muy bien, además esos días sin computadora fue lo peor, pero gracias a dios pude trabajar en la laptop de mi papá y no abandonar y suspender las diversas actividades que hago.
