Hola a todos nuevamente! Hoy toca compartir otro logro que es realmente placentero para mí.
Antes que nada, les contaré un poco de cómo estába mi computadora previa a la nueva actualización.
Tenía 2 discos SSD de 240 GB. MUY poquito espacio para un gamer la verdad. De hecho, uno de esos 2 lo llené casi al 60% con el Monster Hunter World sumándo el parche de texturas super ultra HD. Por lo que imaginense, ni hablar de descargar nuevamente Elden Ring y muchos más títulos que antes tenía y me gustaba jugar.
Yendo inclusive un poco más atrás en el tiempo, al comienzo de la pandemia. Tenía un tercer disco SSD de 520 GB marca Kingston. En lo personal, una que siempre me ha gustado mucho. Pero ÉSE disco en específico. Me salió nefasto, ya que lo tuve durante un año (momento en el que acabó su garantía) y a la semana se quemó. Porque sí, sin dejar ningún tipo de explicación, super F. Hasta el día de hoy, he estado luchando con tener los discos básicamente con 5 gb de espacio libre, editando un video para luego subirlo, borrarlo y así para poder grabar más y seguir editando. Unos movimientos bastante complejos y estresantes intentando cuadrar todo para que fuera posible trabajar.
Decidí que éra momento de evitar tantos problemas innecesarios y procedí a comprar un nuevo disco rígido, para tener mucho espacio.
Cómo siempre, utilicé la página de mis buenos proveedores de compragamer, para comprar la nueva adquisición.
El paquete vino muy bien protegido, nuevamente, cómo siempre. JAJAJA. Lleno de mucho plástico protector y de diferentes envoltorios para evitar que pueda golpearse en el largo viaje que tiene desde Buenos aires, hasta Mendoza. Aproximadamente, son 1.050 Km.
Más envoltorios para proteger a toda costa nuestro producto. Amo el servicio que tienen éstos muchachos, super profesional 😎.
Entre medio de toda la emoción de ir abriendo poco a poco el paquete. Me encontré con el primer problema o la primer encrucijada que él destino,tenía preparado para mí.
Resulta, que cómo es normal, los discos rígidos. Solo vienen con el producto pelado. No traía el cable SATA, que se utiliza para conectarlo JAJAJA.
Así que tocó ir a dar vueltas por todos lados hasta conseguir uno.
Encontré uno super corto por el valor de 1 usd aproximadamente. Pero es más que suficiente para el trabajo que iba a cumplir.
Lo que nos lleva a otro problema...
El de no poder conectar el cable a la Motherboard. Ya que placa de video 3080 es tan gigante, que casi no deja espacio para nada básicamente. Perdí rápidamente las esperanzas de poner conectarlo cuando me dí cuenta de los hechos. Pero con la linterna del teléfono, logré visualizar un conector vacío! Justo entre medio de muchos cables. Así que estuve unos 30 o 40 minutos intentando conectarlo, sin desarmar nada, ya que como algunos quizás sepan, no tengo ni idea de computación JAJAJA.
Ayudandome con un destornillador, logré empujar el cable hasta que escuché el milagroso "Click". Sabía en ése momento, que había ganado la campaña. Que momento de placer.
Podrán ver, que no quedó nada bien en el primer momento, ya que el cable SATA, entorpecía los coolers de la placa y encima estéticamente, horrible. Así que logré de alguna manera, pasarlo por detrás de todo y quedó todo excelente.
Con ayuda de un amigo técnico en computadoras, logré que finalmente terminada de asignarse el disco y ahora sí. Podré disfrutar finalmente de no tener los discos casi sin espacio todo el tiempo.
No puedo transmitirles con palabras escritas lo placentero que es para mí cómo persona y cómo creador de contenido el tener finalmente, espacio en la computadora para poder trabajar sin tantas limitaciones o con miedo de grabar un video y que pese más del espacio libre que tengo JAJAJA.

Some quite complex and stressful movements trying to square everything so that it was possible to work.
I decided that it was time to avoid so many unnecessary problems and proceeded to buy a new hard drive, to have plenty of space.
As always, I used the page of my good suppliers of Compragamer, to buy the new acquisition.
The package came very well protected, again, as always. LOL. Filled with a lot of protective plastic and different wrappers to prevent it from being hit on the long trip from Buenos Aires to Mendoza. Approximately, it is 1,050 km.

In the midst of all the excitement of gradually opening the package. I found myself with the first problem or the first crossroads that destiny had prepared for me.
It turns out, how is normal, hard drives. They only come with the peeled product. It didn't come with the SATA cable, which is used to connect it HAHAHA.
So he had to go around everywhere until he got one.
I found a super short one for the value of 1 usd approximately. But it's more than enough for the job it was going to do.
Which brings us to another problem...
The one of not being able to connect the cable to the Motherboard. Since the 3080 video card is so huge, it leaves almost no room for anything basically. I quickly lost hope of connecting it when I realized the facts. But with the flashlight of the phone, I managed to visualize an empty connector! Right in the middle of many cables. So I spent about 30 or 40 minutes trying to connect it, without disassembling anything, since as some may know, I have no idea of computing LOL.
Helping myself with a screwdriver, I managed to push the cable until I heard the miraculous "Click". I knew at that moment that I had won the campaign. What a moment of pleasure.
You can see that nothing was good at first, since the SATA cable hindered the plate coolers and on top of that, aesthetically, horrible. So I managed to somehow get past it behind everything and it was all great.
With the help of a computer technician friend, I managed to finally finish assigning the disk and now it is. I will finally be able to enjoy not having the disks nearly out of space all the time.
I cannot convey to you with written words how pleasant it is for me as a person and as a content creator to finally have space on the computer to be able to work without so many limitations or with fear of recording a video and weighing more than the free space I have HAHAHA .
