長い下塗りを終えて、取り掛かると言うのも良いものだと思った。
最近は何年も放ったらかしにしている絵に取り掛かることが多くなった。
不思議とそう言う下地を持ったものの方が、勝手に描いてくれる気がして書いていても気分が良い。
これも、そのうちの一つ、５年は経過していると思う。

After a long priming, I thought it would be nice to get started.
Lately, I've been working on a lot of paintings that I've been neglecting for years.
Strangely enough, I find it easier to work on a painting that has such a foundation, because I feel that it will paint itself.
This is one of them, and I think five years have passed.
