Feathered Friends SMAP Contest: Chickadee

My entry to Show Me A Photo Contest Round 59 which is hosted by @nelinoeva. Check Here for more information.

The theme

SMALL BIRDS

Although the bigger birds, such as, blue jays, doves, robins and ravens are more constant coming around the back yard, I often see the juncos and black capped chickadees.

This little chickadee visited in the winter. Mostly these birds stay in the forest but he ventured out for some bird seed and a peanut or two.

Here the chickadee is on the railing and it looks like he is jumping for joy.

Chickadees are cute with the tiny round head and small body.

This little one is eating the peanuts I placed on the railing.

My last photo is the big and small of it…. junco beside the larger dove.
