Siberian winters are unpredictable, they can be warm or they can be cold. Spring can start early, at the end of March, or late, at the end of April. But not for these birds! Stably, in early April they appear in our Siberian forests. These pictures are from April 9th.
It's in full swing for the return of these birds. Adult males arrive first. They examine the territory, select them, and begin to sing songs indicating that this territory is already occupied by them. And after a few days, females appear who choose a future partner.
