š¦ The long-tailed tit or long-tailed bushtit (Aegithalos caudatus)
š Aegithalos (Greek): tit
š caudatus (lat.): tailed
These lovely birds are extremely rarely seen in summer. They are all in family concerns, therefore they are silent and busy with business. And when the fledglings grow up, you can see a family flock, where parents teach their children about adulthood.
This bird in the photo caught me completely alone. Most likely it was one of the parents who was on the hunt, in search of food for the children.
