The smallest representative of the wagtail, with the same swaying, but shorter tail than the white wagtail .They move nimbly on the ground and deftly fly low above the ground.
The nest is also built on the ground, for example, in a hole under a bush of grass, from dry grass and is lined with wool, down and a few feathers.
Looks for insects in the grass or on the bushes, sometimes catches straight in the air, which is rare. As you can see, almost all of their life is spent on the ground or at low altitude. And only during the migration period do they rise high into the air and fly over.
