Birdwatching - 1925 šŸ¦

šŸ¦‰ The common chaffinch or simply the chaffinch (Fringilla coelebs)

  • fringilla (lat.) - finch; fi nco (Old German), fi nc (Old English)
  • coelebs coelebs (lat.) - single, idle, unmarried

These beautiful forest singers have already arrived in my region. Two weeks ago I met them in the grove. However, Iā€™m not in a hurry to go into the forest for a photo hunt yet, since there is still a lot of snow in the forest, especially since I recently injured my knee while doing deadlifts in the gym, which will make it difficult to move through the snow in the forest. I'm planning a hike in the forest next week.

Since this bird is quite frost-resistant, it arrives early and flies away late. The last photo shows a late meeting, it was November 1, and as you understand, most of the birds fly away by the beginning of October.
