This bird is from the falcon family.

This bird hangs in the air while hunting. She looks out for prey. What is she looking for? Rodents. She eats about ten of them a day. Good appetite.

The bird has very keen eyesight. Vision is 2.6 times higher than a human. A person with this vision could read the entire table for an eye test from a distance of 90 meters.

How does a bird see rodents? She sees ultraviolet light. Rodent urine glows brightly in ultraviolet light.
